wow.. so, you know i'm an active witness, very active.

and i'm not laughing at y'all, but wow, i can't believe how extensive this is.

If you are as intellectual as you say then you would surely realize that the WTS is a lie, and always has been from the very beginning. Possibly you and your friends only stay with the Org for friendship purposes, and nothing more. Given the COMPLETE history and founding of the IBS and later the WTS how could anyone in there right mind believe the crap they dish they out?

Ask yourself one question - If the witnesses are the true religion, then why do the accept the Bible as the complete word of God when in fact false religion (who the picture as the harlot) was the one that not only compiled it, but decreed which books would be holy and canons - all the while burning hundreds if not thousands of christian works during the same time period?

My god!!!!!! They say "marry only in the lord", do they freakin' know what that means, or do they equate JW's = Lord? How about meaning, marry only a christian and not a pagan. Hmmmm...that just might be what the freakin' Bible means. These kids need to pull there heads out of there asses. They are living in total denial.

the story goes that god provided the rainbow as a symbol of his promise to never again destroy the world by flood.. noah and his family saw the rainbow after they left the ark.

after the waters had receeded.

after it had stopped raining for months.... yet a rainbow is simply sunlight spread out into its spectrum of colors and diverted to the eye of the observer by water droplets.

Well it seems the rabbit hole keeps getting deeper for me. Been doing a lot of reading on gnostic and other books that did not make it into the Bible. Read up on Anathasius of Alexandria and found out how the bible was compiled. Then last night I was reading the Book of Resurrection or something like that and the foreword talked about Peter and Paul having odds and that Paul was deemed by many as being a false prophet. So I start doing research on that and found huge discrepancies with Pauls writings, and lo and behold he authored over 15 of the 27 books, hmmmmm. So as I continue to research it is becoming clear that the bible may in fact be the words of a man and not inspired (at least not all of it). It looks like a ploy for the early church, not the Unitarians, to get control of the masses. Funny how the Gospels talk about what Jesus said, etc., yet Paul seems to throw Jesus' words right out the window and comes up with his own spin.

Haha. I threw mine out about two weeks ago. Crap loads of bound volumes and tns of books, probably over three hundred pounds of crap. My wife still goes and got pissed at me and tried to salvage as much as she could by taking it to her mothers house. I was like whatever as long as that shit doesn't take up room in my house. I guess she told a "sister" that works with her what I had done and she said that the sister started crying. I was like WTF? I asked her if these books were holy or something and more important than the bible, which it seemed they were. I just said the whole attachment was SICK!!!!
