Dr. Fauci's - lead physician, indicated it's predicted to be lower than what they originally estimated. CNN took his comments out of context, of course, but it's COVID 19 for a reason - number 19 indicates it's not the first coronvirus.
China has been buying up Italy like crazy - many Chi-cons taking the virus there thus the spread of the virus. State of Washington same thing. I'm not undermining it - seasonal flu is bad enough.

I was under the impression the halls disposed of the old literature. Sure wish I'd kept mine - I was in very limited time but sure tried to collect lots of material. I read yrs. ago that a complete collection of the JW cult printings were worth thousands so probably worth much more today. Someone posted about yrs. ago on H20 -- maybe this site, not sure.
if the holy spirit is an "active force", how can it be grieved (ephesians 4:30)?.
in other words, according to the jw's, one can make jehovah's "force" sorrowful?

As desperate as Ole Hil is to be pressie guess she would play second fiddle for a shot even if Biden held the position for a yr. - or he could serve all 4 yrs. and she'd be 77-78 yrs. old trying to run for president. Doubt it would be a negative for Clintons w/shot of presidential power but I'm trying to raise negatives assuming the Dems would win. If she's on the ticket it might bring out more Republicans to vote since she's running. Then again - she has a lot of Dems that love her so it may help.

Simon - that's funny! I'm about that bad and wash my hands so much I can't apply enough lotion - wake up in the night hands itching from dryness. Rough in the Mojave desert re/dryness, regardless. It's also concerning going to the movie theaters - or so I've been told. Carry the disposable wipes and use on the arm rests, drink holders, etc., etc. Now that's where you should wear your hazmat suit.
Fatfreek - I read to replace your toothbrush monthly and I order in bulk. If you get a cold or sick to dispose of as soon as you can. Hand sanitizers don't kill all the germs so I go through liquid soap - order the huge containers with pump. I don't like anyone driving my cars - (my husband fuels up my car and he thinks I'm a bit much) the germs on steering wheel freak me out. Hydrogen peroxide is a good disinfectant, also.

So the "ancient Hebrews" just knew?! Don't think so - they learned everything else from others - they're Canaanites morphing into god's special people. I give them credit in the medical/educational arena of the modern era. Not too difficult to know higher education especially in the medical/legal world equals money - or did! Today professionals in both fields are a dime a dozen - education available to most people.

i was listening to a radio show about a jw women who had been disfellowshiped , her daughter cut off all contact ,must admit at the time i thought so what.. then this man phoned up and explained he was disfellowshiped for asking about jws being ngo in the united nations during 90s till early 2000s when a newspaper exposed them , i still thought he's a apostate but looked it up found the article then found this forum and even more info..
