Seemed to be a big outbreak in May and I'm still hearing of more inoculated people becoming quite ill here w/horrific coughs. I know a few people who've had the monoclonal antigen shot at ER/hospital as treatment. I think this is the med that Biden allowed sent to some ERs in various states but that info was mos ago. Thank goodness they're offering this. Also know some who have been prescribed Pfizer's med, Paxlovid, which is also known as Retonovir. Heard anything that ends in 'vir' is an anti-viral and it reduces the amount of virus in the body. It slows down or prevents damage to the immune system.

It's scary.

Ace - I'll try to watch the bitchute link later -- there are quite a few medical 'experts' who have great info about viruses being all hype to sell vaccines. Imagine Big Pharma doing this to create billions! I ran out of time to view but the links I had but facts on alternative media are not good re/the COVID jabs. Hopefully, most received saline along with the politicians 😂

I know of a couple people who watch his program (or did). One an xJW and the other use to attend the Crystal Cathedral (so cal). Keeps the xJW from attending meetings. I checked out his TV show few yrs. ago and he's entertaining -- very positive and quite the motivational speaker.

From the looks of his estate he's doing well -- no shortage of hurting people in the world who need hope. He's going to need to continue making serious moolah to maintain that property!

i saw a statistic the other day that something like 25% of all the debt that the us has incurred since 1776 was created in the last 12 months.

that's because they have printed so much currency and instead of letting that stop them, they are going to continue printing more to go on a spending spree on crazy green-new-deal schemes and union handouts.. does anyone think that this can be anything other than inflationary?

they are effectively stealing the wealth of everyone to then hand money out to people.

RTN - NV gave away all their water decades ago and didn't anticipate the mammoth growth.

I agree re/insisting on lawns in some areas. I can't believe the residents who are resolved to keep their huge, green, manicured, lawns, in the high desert when the turf looks so beautiful. However, I've learned the real deal (beautiful green lawns) cools the temperature and I appreciate anything that helps. They even complain about grass removal in some areas on golf course. That's insane -- I'd much rather they correct the irrigation system and water trees bordering my property line so I don't have to water them - I can't stand to see them wither. I'll be fined by water district this summer.

Agree re/the "energy czars" 😳 - redoing pool/spa which are drained dry right now and just hoping the construction moves fast in case I have to jump into it -- won't be that cool in this heat but can't hurt. When this has happened in past yrs., I stand in front of freezer between gathering keys, water bottles, etc., to head out to anyplace that has A/C still operating. Glad you jogged my memory -- I'll keep car parked outside of garage (no power the garage doors won't lift) so I can split.

Per media Ukraine holds the cards for wheat/fertilizer but this horrific drought in the West's bread basket of the world (or was - San Joaquin Valley/Central Cal) is a problem. The idea of food shortages and hoarding is horrific.

In NV worse drought in 1200 yrs. along with high temperatures (118 degrees) have caused Lake Mead's water level to drop below 35% capacity few mos ago -- emergency pumps activated. Turbines producing power at Hoover Dam cannot function at full capacity. Construction (new housing developments) trying to keep up with demand but w/interest rates and economy horror who knows for how long. Residents battle to keep lawns thriving and halt further housing development. Until those Rockies have serious snow fall this is not good.

Going to view the Saifedean Ammous' youtube. Hope I can take it all in and wish I had the optimism many conservatives have -- just win the election and all will be good/unreal! Gov has printed money for how many decades!! Back to delusions of being a radical optimist.

out of the numerous translations i've had/used, i can honestly state that the 2001 translation is head & shoulders above all the others i've ever consulted, imo.

the publishers even invite suggestions/corrections to be submitted.

can't imagine anyone is really enjoying letter writing still or that it's remotely effective.

i'm a little shocked that we haven't resumed yet but i guess that's what happens when the org is run by a bunch of old people (ie high risk for covid) and a bunch of other sheltered germaphobes.

If some of the hype re/the jabber negatives is true could be a rough couple yrs. ahead - might be limited amount of JWs doing door-to-door ministry. Hope negatives are 100% wrong - I prefer to have JWs well - very stressful!

I've never received so many JW letters as via the USPS past few yrs -- receiving couple mailings per yr. before Covid. I can't stand buying all the stamps as it is can't imagine - must cut down on the JWs monthly donations.
