I Adopted A Pet From The Humane Society
by RAYZORBLADE inyessiree...i had an afternoon off last friday.
so i decided to venture down to the toronto humane society.
i was so surprised at the variety of animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, mice and birds.

I have adopted 2 or 3 rabbits and last april a dog. A beautiful husky-german shepard (sp?) mix. She was one year old. She is so affectionate, we love her. But she needs more exercise than we can give her. We can't let her out alone, she would just follow her nose and get lost.... done that once, we were devastated, it was very cold and she spent one night outside... We found her thankfully... So we have to walk her on a leash at least 3 times a day...

my old best friend in the truth is talking to me again, and it bothers me.
she was really mean to me when i was dfed and now she started to talk to me again because she misses me, but i feel bad cuz obviously im dfed and although i don't feel like i'm spiritually bad for what i am, i cannot be myself around her because i feel odd.. its like the last attachment to that bastard religion keeps hanging on!

Just be yourself, with her around or not. You do not have to walk on eggshells. Tell her you don't want to have anything to do with the JW sect anymore, and if she wants to be your friend, she should never ever mention the Jehovah's Witnesses.

cleaning out my closet
by Red inno, i'm not singing an eminem song...i actually did clean out my closet this weekend and came across all my old jw books.
when i left the org 2 years ago i bought everything i could get my hands on, and read everything that was considered "apostate" literature.
but there is this one called "the report"... i can't remember how or who i bought it from-- all i remember is that i had a very hard time understanding it.

it amazes me that these bleeding heart tree hugging war protesting liberals find nothing wrong with murdering a baby that is almost at full term.they proclaim to care about the children in the middle east ,yet here in their own country they see nothing wrong with murdering a baby.

...the thing is.... Iraqis people are not responsible for the 9/11 terror act.... most of the terrorists flying the planes into the buildings were Saudis.... Why don't we send the troops to invade Saudi Arabia ?

This horrible procedure is only used in extreme cases,,,, the mother 's life is in danger or the baby is badly handicapped (no brain for example)... Do you know how many partial birth abortions are performed in the US each year ? It certainly is not in the thousands.... Now going to Iraq and bomb cities and villages is very different. How many thousands innocent babies and children will die at the hand of the american soldiers ?
