  Gosh, is YouKnow as mean and obnoxious in real life than he is here on this board?
  If he acts in real life with friends, family and colleagues, the same way as he does it here, I pity all the people who come in contact with him and have to live with him.

  i have recently had the misofortune of being involved in the revealing of a child molestation case.

  my wife's niece recently came forward about being molested approximately 5 years ago by someone holding responsibilities in her congregation.

  my in-laws found out the same day as we did.

  The publicity since last year is certainly in part responsible for the elders going to the police.

  I agree this can happen.
  But this has been happening for as long as men have been on this earth.
  Cain and Abel, all the horrors reported in the Bible, genocides, etc.
  But also the Inquisition, the Turks and the Armenians, the Holocaust, Rwanda, VietNam, Cambodja, Yugoslavia, with the genocide of Moslems, all the civil wars in South America and the horrors of dictatorships…
  What am I forgetting? Horrible acts are perpetuated every day in every part of the world…

  Avoiding JWs

  i am so sick of being bothered by jws(we are inactive);every weekend we can count on someone from the hall stopping by either saturday or sunday.

  it makes me mad because i know they are counting time with me.

  a sister from the hall just called to see what is wrong, why we haven't been to meetings.

  Its funny because rarely did we ever have anyone from the hall just stop by or call until we both became inactive and stopped attending. Now we are being bombarded.

  Isn't that strange... Many posters have reported the same thing...
  Stay strong, it's your family, your house, your life...
