  on the cover page it features a preacher holding a bible in his left hand and a chain with a cross pendant around his neck, a woman campaiging for an election, and a woman in the supermarket examining produce.. the words can you trust as you can see are in red for emphasis.. page four.

  Mulan, you really sound like a wonderful lady -
  Maybe this is out of line, but I couldn't help but think that some of the elders or other people in the cong. , besides not wanting to be confronted with you "bad apostates" , also would rather see your Mom alone and maybe influence her, concerning leaving all she owns to the Society or the Cong. ???

  Puppy Love

  my dog died today.... and i am very sad.

  i got him as a 7 week old puppy 11 years ago and i loved him dearly.. i brought him to the vet.

  to be put to sleep, that was so hard, but he had diabetes, had lost at least 25 pounds in the last 3 months, drank gallons and gallons of water, woke me up 2 or 3 times during the night to go out, could barely walk anymore, and he was blind...

  Thank you all.
  We brought him home and buried him on our property, at the edge of the woods he loved so much.
  It will get easier over time, I am sure, but tonight everything was a reminder : his food and dish bowls still in their place, his bed. And after dinner : No more Cleo to eat the leftover chicken gravy and rice...
  I wonder how long I can go without a new pup !

  Why would a religious organization have "salaried executives"
  anyway ? Executives ??? it sounds like CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
  And what is wrong with paying the "clergy" anyway ? They must eat and buy clothes, don't they ?
