  i think these quotes give a good insight into the minds of the societys publication writers - they are misleading people and are so deceitful and they know it.

  its no wonder the org.

  do not want you to read anything except for society books, if the jws did then they would be caught out.... taken from the book 'the jehovahs witnesses' by doug harris - if you read this doug - brilliant book!

  Why were a lot of their Bibles black, why did the 'standard' black Bible, (not the deluxe edition with gold gilted pages), have from cover to cover 1,666 pages? Coincidence? Who really is in charge of this organisation that refuses to allow you to have a relationship with the Lord Himself Jesus Christ? Why do all their publications, especially the Watchtower magazine use double speak, yes on the surface it seems to say the truth but its writings are a perverted twisting of the truth? Who really inspire's their teachings, can it be said that the organisation can handle real Truth when presented to them or do they disguise false prophecy in lies for money, power and corruption masked so well within the system of world affairs that not many know about their real agenda? Ever talked to a witness about real love and seen how unstuck they get on the subject?

  Why I think JW's NEED to BAN all Assemblies now!

  this post is not going to make you feel good.

  i'm rather sick myself for even telling you about this.. im also not trying to be alarmist and add to the ubiquitous stress and terror that we already see in the usa but there is something that is bothering me really bad and i wanted to put it out there to get some honest feedback on.. the recent biological warfare attacks in the usa have of course altered everyone about the real potential danger of terrorism and how we collectively are vulnerable.

  when you take the time to really study biological warfare though, you can see that the current anthrax attacks are far more bark than bite and only a small number of people have actually died from these attacks.

  I'm thinking that I am not going to play into the hands of terrorists, by thinking of all the possible interpretations in their activity, tying my life to one of fear of consequences, which in turn, brings about depression and recession. Nor do I think it too wise to spread ideas around, that would be terrorists might think, and/or act upon, 'Wow!! thats cool, we hadn't thought of that, cheers matey'! Do you get my drift?

  Lloyds Refuses To Insure WTS

  er...i got this.. london, nov 15 (reuters) - lloyd's of london, the global insurance market, said on thursday it will not quote for several risks proposed to them by the watchtower bible tract society(wts).. the 300 year old insurance market, facing its biggest ever single loss of 1.3 billion pounds ($1.87 billion) from the november 11th attacks on the world trade centre has apparently adopted a safety first approach.. a lloyds representative said we were prepared to quote for their buildings insurance but there were certain aspects of the deal we could not entertain.

  he added they wanted us to insure them against the financial consequences of making false prophecies.

  we were advised that this may not be viable in view of the past history.

  Dad quotes this scripture to me in justification of the WT stance on disfellowshipping, but it comes across to me as holier than thou, for in effect, what is being said by this reasoning from the scripture is that the JW is saying, "I am better than you, I am representing whole truth, you belong to Satan, look, even here, the Bible says so".

  Was this really what the scripture was referring to though? The JW's make it look as though the scripture in question was especially written just for them alone and no others.

  I prefer Dad to see / read the scripture the opposite way around from your interpretation.
