LOVEIS,It "failed" as you put it in ONLY ONE STATE, and is a motivator for further action that will shove this issue ahead in the OTHER STATES.
Their gutsiness freed many from a dangerous cult, and I salute them and the attorneys who will win further cases in the future. Their pediphile bully got the bright light on him that he deserved.

Jaracz though not the president is called "the boss" because of his activities behind the scenes. Bill Bowen of silentlambs.org can confirm that when silentlambs went to the Bethel complex, Pat Garza, whom he thought highly of (since deceased from cancer), told the media that Jaracz had molested her and others when they were children. She stated that this occurred while he was Circuit Overseer in California. He has also been head of the Service Department in Brooklyn which is known for doing a lot of underhanded things, the power behind and sometimes over the throne.

These ties forged from already established ties, money and the like definitely bear watching just as Randy (dogpatch) says. Another question is what the Watchtower's ties are to the various NGOs themselves is, not necessarily to the U.N. in a direct fashion but to its NGOs.

At last finished reading Crisis of Conscience
by diamondblue1974 in.
and what an eye opener it was...dont get me wrong i faded some 10 years ago and the reasons for such were contained in the book, i.e 1914, failed prophecies and so forth.. the expose is disarming by its objective style and whilst i now read any literature through sceptical eyes i could see a person genuinely grieved by what had taken place and the crisis he was subjected to conscientiously; it said it all to me when he said that his aim was not to divert people from the jws but give them support so they could develop as christians and therefore allow them to come to their own conclusions (or words to that effect).. extremely well written and consise with reams of references (which i happen to love).. anyone that is recently out must read this book...it objective, honest and was totally surprising in parts.. db74

Green Dawn, when Ted Jarcz who is an alleged child molester and former head of Watchtower's (Secretive) Service Department, keeps sitting on the Governing Body, I believe that's the answer as to why the continual selfishness. Does anybody else have a better answer? If so, I too would like to hear it.
