Earthquake in the Middle East (Urgent)
by EliJah in19 and the great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell; and babylon the great was remembered in the sight of god, to give her the cup of the wine of the anger of his wrath.
20 also, every island fled, and mountains were not found.
21 and a great hail with every stone about the weight of a talent descended out of heaven upon the men, and the men blasphemed god due to the plague of hail, because the plague of it was unusually great.. meaning: the nations are of the twelve tribes of israel in the middle east.

The National Socialists, cousins of the Communists, were a occult centered political party that carried out evolutionary philosophy and the 'survival of the fittest' to its logical conclusion.
Much as I hate to link to such a site, but I couldn't find the quote in a more historical site, for that I apologise.

Hitler used anything he could lay his hands on to further his cause, Tell me do you think that the quote on the link makes Hitler a christian?

There is never a good reason for speeding down a school zone. I admit I shouldn't have been on the phone but he shouldn't have been speeding either. Good lesson learned.
That means there is never a good reason to be dividing your attention with a phone call in a school zone either. Remember that if you hadn't had your attention on a phone call your near miss might never have happened.
There is little point in saying, well if someone else hadn't been doing that then it wouldn't have happened, since you can't alter what mistakes other people might make in the future. What you can take away from the experience is what you can do differently in the future not what somebody else should or shouldn't do.

I have to say that the important point is that you did not have your full attention on the road, you admit you were on the phone. It is very difficult to judge speed when you are more or less stationary, much less so when your mind is on a phone call as well. How do you know that person didn't have a good reason for speeding? What if the guy was in a police car? Would the fault still have been his if he was on an emergency call?
obviously being rude isn't called for since everyone makes mistakes, but, I see this kind of thing all the time. There are a thousand distractions in a car and none help to keep your eyes peeled for all the looneys out there. My advice, switch off the phone and cd player/radio and lock the kids in the boot!

Most so-called natural disasters are blamed on "Acts of GOD". However Jehovah GOD did not ; detonate bombs, nuclear and otherwise upon the planet earth. MANKIND did, which weakened the earths structure. Also Global Warming caused by environmental distasters from chemicals and such have caused the earth to overheat creating disasterous climate patterns.
On your first point, I take it Geology 101 wasn't on your curriculum? The best analogy is of farting in the general direction of a main battle tank, the effects are similar. Also since you aren't up to speed on current weapon technology, nuclear weapons of any magnitude are airburst weapons (i.e, they don't hit the ground)
On your second point I will accept that at the very least we have had a negative impact on global climate and are at least some way partly to blame for some of the weather related disasters.
Still there's nothing like using a natural disaster to make a cheap religous point, is there?
Btw next time just before you post you might like to consider hitting alt-f4 just before submitting it will make your posts much easier to read.

Just ask wasn't armageddon supposed to have happened by now, usually sends them scurrying. Other than that, invite them in and casually mention all the virgins you've been sacrificing, you know, as one of those evil worldly people they've heard all about.

Is there anthropological evidence proving the Nephilim's existence?
by truthseeker ini've had this question is my mind for a while now, but has there been any skeletal remains discovered that could prove the existence of the nephilim?.
there's so many unanswered questions about these giants - first of all, were they really hybrids?.
secondly, if the demons could materialise and procreate, how do we not know that they gave their children the same reproductive powers?.

Surely nobody is going to be selectively accepting anthropological evidence that confirms biblical claims whilst simultaneously dismissing evidence that contradicts it?! I'm shocked

BSS
Yeah just downloaded tortoise - very nice track. Good grief that's another set of albums to buy. If you like BSS it reminded me of Explosions in the sky, a great band who have some very dub-esqe album titles.
Kid-A if you're interested
They have now split up unfortunately and are unlikely to be touring together for the forseeable future, at least if Mark's (lead singer/bassist) comments on the forums are anything to go by.
