It sounds to me like he is using his kids as an excuse. I work with a guy like that. At Christmas, we all brought "snacks" like cookies, chips, and things to munch on during the day. There were a couple of unopened containers of cookies. He took them home "for his kids." He wasn't going to work any overtime during when we are off at Christmas and didn't even consider leaving those for everyone else or the people on the other shifts. And we all think that he didn't even bring anything to share with the rest of us.

Bare Escentuals (Bare Minerals) is my favorite. I've also used Sheer Cover and it is ok. Physicians Formula is also ok but something in it makes my cheeks (close to my eyes) burn a little. I buy my Bare Minerals on Ebay and sometimes I get a good deal on them. They are expensive though. Also, there are a lot of knock-off brands on ebay that are completely worthless. I'm going to have to check out the Avon products. Somehow over the years I basically became allergic to liquid or cream foundation and when the mineral make-ups first came out I tried them reluctantly. But they are wonderful and it feels like you aren't wearing any makeup at all.

Which JW commandment did you break first ?
by JH ini always tried to my best as a jw, to observe what the watchtower and bible told us "not to do".
then i became inactive and lowered my guard, and didn't care as much.
i think that my first jw sin, was playing lotto, then talking to disfellowshipped ones in my congregation, then posting on apostate forums, and then giving blood.

I have a Jack Russell and Chihuahua mix. She's kinda big to be a mix of 'em both. (See picture, that's me and her :)) She was the runt of 12 puppies. Surprisingly, she is pretty calm most of the time. She's a good guard dog and tries to keep my son in line. LOL. When she goes outside she runs laps around the house which is where, I guess, she let's out that tiny dog energy. Other than that she could sleep for 22 hours. 1 hour for play, 1 for eating, and drinking. I never had a dog as smart as she is. My stories about her are quite unbelievable..LOL. My favorite is when she was about 2, I was watching the Discovery Channel, a documentary about wolves and dogs. She watched the entire show, I swear. And then she decided she was going to be the "Alpha" dog of the house. The two other dogs (not mine) really know she is the boss and she still lets them know it. J.D. and Me. :)

Move over Colonel, Bojangles is here
by Junction-Guy inwell for as long as i've lived here in knoxville, there has only been one chicken chain-kfc.
we had a church's/burger king combo, but church's eventually shut down.
even though my roots run deep in kentucky, i think kfc is lousy, and much too greasy.. .
