I think child molesters and rapist should be kept in prison and raped everyday for the rest of there life

When i was pregnant with my first son, i wanted a different name then the norm so i told my mom i wanted to name him Cain but spell in Kayn.... she was very upset....Why would i want to name my son after the first murderer in the bible ... so i named him Kylee (Kylie) which is a male Irish name.....a few years later all of a sudden there are all these girls named Kylie...now people always asume he is a girl if they haven't met him..... Kylee Orion is a very easy name to yell though when i want his attention "KYLEE ORION!!!!!!!"

Do your ears "hear" things?
by LouBelle inokay okay yes we all hear - well most of us.
but do you ever hear things that you think aren't there.
like this morning i was lying in bed, fully awake and rational, just enjoying the quiet, when i heard this sound "like a rushing wind" (that is the exact thought that came into my mind) when i heard that sound & the thought crossed my mind, so did that scripture in acts where it speaks about when the holy spirit came upon the 120 in the upper room.. and the sound didn't stop - it just carried on.

I have two little boys 2 and 6 months. I will wake up at night and I swear i here one of them crying but when I check they will both be sound asleep...this happens often....i hear crying but nothing there and the windows will be closed...hmmmm
I sometimes hear the door open but then again the door will be locked and no one else around...kinda creepy but then again i have a very active imagination. When I was younger I would see people outside...only to find out when I went outside there was no one there.

In which cities do you feel safe / not safe?
by DannyBloem inme and my lady friend were attacked in capetown by a guy with a knife.
i was frozen of fear, she kicked him very hard, but became little injured by the knife, he took of injuired also.
i did basically nothing, just stading there.

I live on a very small town so the crime rate is very low and I feel its pretty safe....until you look at the list of sex affenders that live in the area. needless to say i'm very careful about where my son goes when he is out.

Fav Hobbies...Anybody here play paintball?

we want to make a trip in a few years to go all over and try out different paintball courses.
my husband wasn't a jw so he doesn't know axactlly what i went through but he is a great support.

The unpleasantness of growing up in the jw world.
by greendawn injw children have typically a very hard time growing up because of having to be so different from other kids they can't celebrate christmas, easter, birthdays or national holidays can't associate with "worldly" kids because that can ruin good habits, and as teenagers have to suppress sexual urges at the time when they are at their most intense.
they are constantly under pressure and living in a jw environment that's not particularly loving, understanding, or supportive they will probaly tell them: if you feeling down do some more field work to cheer up.
no wonder why so many leave.

I was told when i turned 17 that I have to get a job and pay rent or pioneer. I tried pioneering and then got sick of it and got a job. I LOVE having my b-day now and christmas. I threw my husband a big Paintball b-day party and it was a total suprise...he loved it....said it was his best b-day yet....:)

i've known some who were told not to watch HP and others who wern't , also I've known a few who watch anything...including elders seen in R rated movies and a friend who bought the "grinch who stole christmas" for her kids....said they know santas not real so its just for fun.... yaaaa ok....I left cause i didn't want to be a hypocrit...lol

Grandparents and grandkids

my oldest (7) has gone to his grandparents.
normally he stays 1 week or 1 1/2 weeks.

She has three other grandchildren, She flys down to s. california and picks them up and takes them back. no they are not witnesess, but the grandma is. Sometimes she keeps the other grankids for a while, but i think the situation is different. There house is totally unstructured. He is allowed to stay up till midnight, doesn't eat dinner at dinner time, get totally spoiled and then I have to fix it when he gets back. It should be that if I say i want him back that is it, not no he doesn't need to come home.....right....doesn't 3 1/2 weeks sound like to long when she sees him often already?

She is bringing him back this morning. i hope that we can be polite about this. I want my son to see his grandma but I don't want to fight her to get him back. When i said I miss him and I want him home for a few days she starts up with.."we had an agreement". We had an agreement that she would get to spend time with him this summer not that she would get him 3 + weeks straight. arrgggg
gotta be cool, gotta be the adult here
