Chances are it would be ok, but i had food poisoning once in my life and have never forgot it! SOOOOOOOOO why take a chance. chuck it out..........

Stew meat - room temp - 12 hours - is it safe? Your opinion wanted...
by confusedjw inso stew meat was taken out last evening at approx 6:30pm and was left out until 7 am.
it was laid face down on the metal stove so it thawed fairly quickly, leaving it at room temp for many hours.
so at 7am this morning, it was put in the refridgerator and then at 9:30am taken out to be cooked for a stew.. .

That was hilarious, I jumped out of my skin, and I had already seen the one with the car driving on the county road looking into the fog. Legolas, you just jump-started me to get through the rest of the day. I am babysitting my 2 beautiful grandchildren than off to work at 4 in the emergency department to take my evening shift abuse from drug seekers to impatient patients ----- Now that my heart is beating very rapidly I can take anything on! Any book studies tonite? Ha ha. Who needs a defibrilator with friends like you!!!

That's it. We're moving to the Yucatan Peninsula (Cancun Pics)

we may have to move there some day.on the beach, in playa del carmen (a little south of cancun) for about $200k.
that's disgusting compared to what you would pay for anything in the usa that is situated along a nice shoreline.

awesome pictures, sure gives you a lift to take a trip south, eh? Arwen and I and family cruised last year and also just the girls went on an all inclusive. you seem to forget everything going on at home the minute the plane lifts off. We are planning another cruise this winter if all goes well. Arwen will certainly need one after these stressful past and future months. I may never get her off the ship! No one comes a-knock'n at your door on the cruise ships other than "room service"/ not "we were just in the area......" ho ho ho".

My daughter and her grandparents
by kwintestal insince i talked to my father after my disfellowshipping and he hung up on me, i haven't talked to my mom or dad.
last month when we were in ontario i talked to my uncle and aunts about how my parents are treating us (shunning) and we got a lot of support from them, and they can't understand why my mom and dad would treat us like that.
anyway, my 7 year old daughter overheard the conversations, even though i was trying to keep the situation away from her as i don't think a child really needs to know all the details of the situation.. on the drive home out of the blue my daughter says she wants to call my parents, so we ask why?

kwin. how sad, but nothing would surprise me. I wish all this would get in the papers so people would really know these teachings. they should be made to feel that they cannot knock on any door, and wouldnt it be something if grandparents can be sued for child neglect! and abuse!

I LOVE DANCING!! Arwen and I are trying to find an excercise class that is more like a dancercise. we have no clue as to where to look, I guess it is arobics. Walking can be so boring and we gotta get in shape so we will feel better mentally and physically. It has been a stressful few months.Was dancing frowned upon in the jw's also? I remember many years ago, a man responsible to starting all this mess in our lives, he used to play in a band and when he became involved with the jws, he refused to play certain songs with inuendos in them. It was so weird, he would go off the stage and sit out a certain song the band was playing. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

My son will be 9 tomorrow and we celebrated his first b-day yesterday!
by findingmyway init was a surprise and he felt a little awkward -- especially when we sang the birthday song -- but he embraced it.
he was so excited to see that everyone came for him and brought gifts and he was very appreciative!
i am so happy that i did it!.

happy birthday little one, Mom must have been misty eyes watching his little cherub face so happy to have his friends and family there and to feel normal and have a special day just for him. Way to go mom.

by gladdy ini just came across this website, i have a good friend who is finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, he has been through alot being involved with wt organization, i patiently (sometimes) waited for him to see for himself what the truth was.
i never said too much thinking it would push him farther in...........

thank you for your response. my friend is very timid about moving forward and is reading different posts. It reminds me of thirst, the more he finds out, the more he looks.... I am so thankful, I just hope and pray that he does not crash. Do you all celebrate different holidays? I think he is scared he will get a visit from the elders, that is the point he seems to be at. Can't wait until we all can get back to normal lives. Could be worse I suppose, he never let go of his non jw family and good friends, even though we could see the stress at times, we knew he was being made to feel guilty over everything about life................
