  do you realize that now elders are forced to "set the example" and do menial tasks like mow the lawn, clean the bathrooms and "handle the mikes".

  This is probably why, in this summers DC, there was a talk about the brothers reaching out, it sounded really desperate, my husband and smiled at each other, because we both see this happening more and more, when you have a job, a family to raise, who in their right mind see's holding a microphone in a meeting as a priviledge? oh, wait, there are brainwashed people who think this way, I forgot.

  Yes the young ones are all leaving, and I will be there to envite them over when their parents shun them, maybe I can enlighten them about the cult, so they don't have to live with the guilt that they are disobeying God's organization.

  i was always scared of leaving the witnoids, b/c i thought i would become what they said you become when you leave... sad, lonely, drug addicted, demonized, prostitute...whatever..... but here i am...a 20 year old w/ a high school education only...and i'm sitting on the 8th floor in my own office w/ a picturesque (sp?

  ) view of east memphis.

  i have reached a higher point in my life than most witnesses can only dream of.

  Kitty YOU GO GIRL!!!!!, people like you are the worst nightmare for the WTS, someone who disproves what they say about those who leave the CULT, living a good, healthy and successful life is a great antiwitness for those that know you used to be a JW. Keep up the good work.

  i heard from zazu today that sadly larc passed away this morning.

  he died peacefully in his sleep of heart failure.

  i always had a hard time as a witness, accepting their view on death.

  i actually think they offer a sad view on death that leaves an empty and depressing view for those left behind.

  i remember the comments, "they are asleep now," all so well.

  I truly believe we go on after death to the spirit realm, but that's just my opinion, everyone is free to believe whatever they want.

  how do you feel about blood now?

  the thought of taking a blood transfusion still gives me the creeps... but now i know that i'd take one if my life was on the line.

  Yes to both, especially if my children needed it, and we are the same blood type, who better than me? I would try to get the substitutes for myself first, if possible, only because of the risks involved, if not maybe find a family member of freind who I know didn't do questionable things, to share their blood with me, I would of course do the same for them.

  i dont think i will ever understand it, i mean why would someone want to be so much of a hypocrit(doesnt apply to everyone) ?.

  it seems to me that most jw's are into themselves and stupid relationships.

  JW's are a herd of stupid cows walking down a path. The path encircles a vast mountain, and every year the cows complete another circle around it. They foolishly tell themselves that they are walking down a narrow path leading to eternal salvation. ;However, in the end, they are just a ;herd of foolish cattle walking in circles that lead them right back ;to where they started. There is no JW salvation, only a never ending path to walk ;and other foolish cows to try and impress.

  That is they JW lifestyle.

  Lucid Dreaming -- Ever done it? Can you do it at will?

  something tipped you off; a guy with a hat made of dead fish, your mom complimenting your clothing choice, wording on billboards change each time you look at them -- something that you know wouldn't happen in real life.. sometimes in dreams you just buy it, like it's perfectly normal to wear a fish hat.

  but some lucky times you catch it, and then all bets are off!

  fly, eat like a pig, kick puppies -- the sky's the limit!.

  Yes, and it's totally Cool! it started when I was about 9, I would picture a tv screen in my mind with those old knobs they had, I would then change the channel and different themes would show on screen then I'd simply pick which one I wanted to be in and jump in, it was AWSOME! I was able to this for a long time, although I no longer used the tv screen, I would just think about what I wanted to dream, close my eyes and there I was, other times in the dream I become aware and pretty much do anything I want, I must say the most amazing ones have been when I can fly, it's so real.

  It's been awhile since I've done it, hopefully one of these days I can do so again.

  Oh no, here we go again, my mom won't shut up about this one for months, it was bad enough hearing about obedience to the damn GB last summer, now they might get these poor brainwashed fools to start selling their stuff, and not getting necessary dental work done, basically putting off life for this LOAD OF CRAPOLA!

  if a really big scandal happened in the wts and the r&f realised that the organisation is the big con that it is, how do you think they would react?

  empty kingdom halls?

  divided families re united?

  There are sadly many people in this bOrganization that have given up all ties to the world ie. relatives, freinds, jobs, relationships etc. not to mention many years of servitude, if something BIG happened and they realized that all this is BUNK, I think quite a few of them would commit suicide, others I think would be so enraged that like someone already said, Kingdom Halls would start going up in flames, mass dumping or burning of the garbage literature, and Bethel well lets say it might end up like good old Babylon a pile of rubble. But even at that point I agree that there would be some idiots that would think that Satan and his system is attacking in fullfilment of a prophecy, and probably a small group would keep going.

  But I hope I live to see that day .
