we were building a new kh- not quick build- and we had to vacate the old building and the new kh was not finished.
the elders decided to cancel all the meeting with the exception of the tuesday night bookstudy in homes.
we had no other meetings for about 4-5 weeks.
When the scheduled speaker cancels we are directed to assemble at the KH where we have the ministry school. It's about an hour and a half away.

I've already written the local Wal-Mart and asked that my Church of the Devil's Sphincter be permitted the same space as the other religions that congregate there.
I CC'ed corporate in AK and received the reply that NO church is permitted to do recruiting on Wal-Mart property. That letter went certified to the local Manager along with the notice that if I ever see any recruiting in front I will take fotos and sue for equal representation.
I got them booted from the local college as well after I caught them setting up a table w/o permission

This is EXACTLY why I advocate inspecting the JC files in the Kingdom Halls.
Simply get the mfr code on the filing cabinets they are stored in and request a copy of the key.
Do a little private "research" in the library and walk off with a dozen or so files every chance you get. Cross off the names and send copies to every JW you know or have addresses for.
This will literally put them out of business JC wise because everyone will be too afraid to divulge personal information to the elders.

I'm staying in just to finish reading and copying all the "confidential" files.
They are usually in an Office Depot type filing cabinet in the library.
Getting master keys to open HON brand filing cabinets is as easy as asking for them. Grab a file, make copies of the juicy bits and send to Dubz. Oh I forgot! They are too scared to publish a member list of the congregation in case someone needs to contact a "brother" about something. Call me anytime but I won't give you the number ! Enough terroristic activity and even the pioneers will realize that there is no holy shroud protecting the Dubz.

are there any repercussions for a jw if they donate blood.
there is a blood drive at work and i would like to participate.
here's the catch though there is a jw in my depatment, his dad is on the hospital liason thingy.
If you donate and are not repentant, you will be DF'ed per my Elder contacts.
