as Ron White the comedian says:
We are all gay, its just to what extent we are!
Who cares really, gays have the right to marry just like us straight-lings! Why shouldn't they be nagged to death like the rest of us!
plus I hate labels like Gay, whats wrong with "human"?

Holy Crap! Star Trek's Sulu is gay!
by Elsewhere inlooks like lots of people are "coming out" right now.... http://www.cnn.com/2005/showbiz/tv/10/28/people.georgetakei.ap/index.htmlgeorge takei, 'trek's' sulu: i'm gay.
los angeles, california (ap) -- george takei, who as "star trek's" sulu was part of the starship enterprise crew through three television seasons and six movies, has come out as a homosexual in the current issue of frontiers, a biweekly los angeles magazine covering the gay and lesbian community.. takei told the associated press on thursday that his new onstage role as psychologist martin dysart in "equus," helped inspire him to publicly discuss his sexuality.. takei described the character as a "very contained but turbulently frustrated man.
" the play opened wednesday at the david henry hwang theater in los angeles, the same day that frontiers magazine featured a story on takei's coming out.. the current social and political climate also motivated takei's disclosure, he said.. "the world has changed from when i was a young teen feeling ashamed for being gay," he said.

i was very embarassed when i saw it, but now she wants to read the bible to me so i won't go to strip clubs anymore.
can you say "pure hell"?
-

maybe it was a sister giving him a lap dance.
Should of said to your mom, "but mom, we were having a bible study and she just got caught up in the rapture of it all"
im assuming you had a boner in the pic? Just say "If i spared the "rod" i would of been spoiling her" -

Did Rutherford Smoke?
by VM44 indoes anyone know if rutherford smoked cigars?
would that be documented in any writing?.
we know that he enjoyed liquor, but whether he smoked or not is not clear.. --vm44

if your gunna smoke, then a cigar is the "healthiest" option.
I had to laugh at the post above "they used to have a break for a cigarette in the meeting" how awesome would that been!
I know its a filthy habit, but i love a smoke, and as "god" gave me free will, and he apparently created tobacco, and everything has its "purpose" surely it would be praising his creation by enjoying some rough shag and a brandy whilst discussing his wonderful creations. -

Cheryl Swoopes announces she is a lesbian
by pratt1 incheryl swoopes announced that she is a lesbian.
although it was no secret among many in the wnba it is a courageous move and she should be applauded.. however, she announced that she has been in a relationship for a few years with her former assistant coach alisha scott (i think i got her name right).
question: do you think it is ethical for a player to have an intimate relationship with a coach?.

wow, shes a lesbian?
what makes me laugh is that this is considered newsworthy. I read the story on ESPN. Of all the chicks i have known who are into competitive sports, the majority of them are lesbian. and good on them I say!
Just more instances of double standards in the press! OMG women finds love that dare not speak its name, in other news, 2000 servicemen died fighting in a war of lies, heres Jan with the weather..... -

when my youngest sister was still going she was on a cocktail of antidepressants, my older sister who still goes is on antidepressants too, I remember my mum, being and still being on antidepressants.
My younger sister is now married to a lad in rock group, and has a great life, shes now on Chivas Regal medication!!! Way to go lil' sis!
The sad thing is, they never face upto the real reasons why theyre depressed, which we all know what they are, its like a band aid solution, very sad. I didn't know of any dub sister who didnt have some damgage. My friend Hannah, she was in and out of institutions because of her experiences with abuse at the hands of an elder, i wanted to kill that SOB! -

Street work
by pratt1 in.
maybe this only happens in urban neighborhoods but when i was growing up, many dubs engaged in street work, basically offering the magazines to people on the street as they walked to a destination.. usually it was an area with a lot of foot traffic at a time when many people would travel the area.. did you or people in your congo engage in this and were there any funny stories relating to this practice?
-
skinnyboy
ah yes, the street work, best ever excuse to get out of the field work! We used to go into Liverpool town centre at about 5 o'clock in the morning, i'd be straight into McDonalds for a cuppa, leave a few mags on the seat and turn in, ooh say 3 hours start to finish time, (morning papers read? check!) i viewed the magazines as an "active propagation tool" just becuase theyre not in your hand, they will work for someone if they read them.
As we were from out of town, the local brothers used to get well pissed off at us stepping on their turf, there was a incident I vaguely recall of my mates brother, the super-witness, almost scary in his zeal, having a major dummy spit with some brother from a local cong, when on their turf, i think harsh words were spoken!
What was i thinking, 5 o'clock??? I'll never get those precious hours back! -

welcome to your new life, and girlfriend its hard and monumental at first but trust me, it gets better, but you have to create a whole new world for yourself and you have our support here I am sure of that. Every journey begins with that first step, and however long that journey is each step is closer to the final destination than the last.
Chin up mate, and remember we have all been there, and are there with you when you need it, no judgements, no brainwashing, just a hand on your shoulder keeping you true.

its only fair i say, i've had an awful time trying to stay in this country to be with my missus, have been deported once already! And only a month or two ago, some jumped up pen pusher decided without warning, to cancel my visa because they hadn;t received, through no fault of mine some paperwork from an other office. I'm still here! thanks in part to my blasting immigration with the law of the land and getting the press involved. needless to say the snotty little bitch lost her job, and i keep my visa. plus the money i have outlayed just to stay in this colony is atrocious!

So NO Russians ever walked on the moon? None?
by AlmostAtheist inhey guys,.
i was reading popular science and i staggered across a line that suggested that russia had never landed men on the moon.
that struck me as blatantly false, i knew i'd seen footage of cosmonauts on the moon.

I first doubted it as a kid, obsessed with space and sci fi, i watched the movie Capricorn-1, where a mission to mars was faked but on the return of the capsule it blew up, so they had to kill the astronauts, but they got away. Shattered my illusion we went to the moon! I mean theres some big telescopes on earth, just point it to Tranquility Base, and voila, instant proof. Regardless of the CT's saying that the pictures would be doctored, do them all at different sites around the earth, and by different teams. Just another example of people beleiving what they think to be true, regardless of the facts. You don't know its a hoax unless you privy to the secret, to you and me its real which would explain why the thousands of people involved in the Moon Landings all swear blind they did it, not to hard to see why eh!
