  i've heard a little about this business, but i'm curious as to what you all think about it.

  jw and exjw women - do you/did you believe it and abide by it?

  Dunno, despite being raised in the borg, I've always considered domestic partnerships to be 50/50 with both parties having an equal say. Seems most of the women I've had relationships with see it the same way, tho I don't know that all persons do and to what extent religion factors into it.

  Does your body have a stress reaction?

  i suppose mine is not uncommon (see below) but i have noticed it again of late and cannot deny the connection to excessively stressful events in my life.

  i involuntarily keep my jaw clinched and within a day or so i get a piercing pain in my jaw up by my ear.

  anyone have a cure for this?

  Oh, my stress expressed itself as tension headaches due to tight neck and upper back muscles. I blame it for my hair loss too, but that could just be genetic.

  Work stressed me out, so I just don't have a job and seem to be doing fine

  For me, a nice walk with my iPod on does wonders. When I was working I used my lunch hour to go for a little stroll. I also switched from driving to using the mass transit system which removed the stress associated with trying to drive amongst idiots. I still take myself for walks on occasion just to clear my head and get my blood moving, but it really does help especially if you have a park nearby. Otherwise my version of Vodka and Xanax is beers and bong hits.

  Hops and yeast in the brew!

  just bought my first kit to make beer.

  Fun starting spot, but Mr Beer won't give you great results. I'd recommend finding a local homebrew supplier and getting a better set up, but as I said good start ;)

  I brewed fairly prolifically for a few years but have dropped off for the last couple due to life circumstances. I still have all my gear and intend to brew again in the near future. I'll gladly share any recipes or tips if you're interested :D

  my wife is decorating the house for halloween as i am typing this.. we are not satisfied with just a pumpkin and some flying witch sticker on the door, no sir.

  our house will be so scary when we're through, that even the jw's will be afraid to drive by it.. "don't go down that street" as br.

  car captain admonishes everyone, "that house is not of this world, its a lurking place of demons!

  I have justed avoided phone calls from an elder

  in my 4 years of fading i only had a couple of calls and visits.

  does that make me lucky?

  i am now being hassled to "chat" to an elder via my mobile.. .

  All of this makes me very happy that I chose to fade in a different state from my family and old congo. Add to that some bouncing around every couple of years, and no JW's no where to find me. My family has my phone number (I think) but haven't called since I severed ties with them. It's noce not to be hounded.
