  ive read coc and isocf and they destroyed my faith in the society and faith in man.

  ive officially gone inactive in the last 2 months.

  ive had several email conversations with ray franz that have also made me more convinced that i could never be an active jw again.

  The purpose to your life has been there all along. You don't need something like JW to have a purpose. Over time you will understand this, but be patient, it takes time to figure it all out.

  question for all

  most of you are ex-dubs, so what if world events proved that the jw's were right.

  for instance, governments turning on religion, matthew 24th chapt events really increasing at an alarming rate, enough to make you think: " maybe they were right?

  " if that happened, and the wts left the "door on the ark", so to speak, open for a little while, would you go back to the wts?

  need slogan, ideas please!

  i know this is not jw related but can i tap into your wealth of wisdom and talents please!

  i work in a playgroup in a small village and we need to come up with a catchy/ humorous slogan to put on a banner on our float for the village festival parade this weekend.

  the over all theme is medieval, and as a playgroup we are dressed as robin hood and maid marions.

  Idea on How Defectors Inside theOrganization Can Find Each Other (espionage

  lets work up some good ideas that we can pass on to bethel workers, cos, dos, elders etc... can use to help them to start to find others in the org that know it's not the truth but are stuck inside for various reasons.

  lets come up with some way of testing people to so as not to blow ones cover and remain hidden.

  plans of espionage that could cause a major blow to the organization from those trapped inside, things like how co can give talks to really discourge the friends and cause them to doubt the organization, all the while it looks like he's are doing what the organization wants him to do.

  i was thinking this weekend.. how will sewage treatment be handled in the new system?

  i assume mature brothers will be assigned the privilege of working at sewer treatment plants for shifts of 1000 years or so.

  Going to a District Convention Undercover, suggestions?

  i'm still undesided but leaning towards going to a few dcs under the cover of a worldly person(i'm really a df'd evil apostate .

  i'm a worldy person that is in love with a jw sister who i work with, we have dated and even have been intimate(that outa perk up the ears of any hatchet man elder), and now she refuses to see me any more unless i become a jw, she encouraged me to go to this convention, but is afraid to be seen with me because she doesn't want people in her congregation to know she has a boy friend.

  i think that kind of story would grab the interest of many sisters or brother and allow me to ask some hard questions about the organization and even allow me to bring up some things i found on the internet about dates and such and not be viewed as an apostate.

  Recently Disfellowshipped

  i having been "lurking" around here for about a month--right when i was disfellowshipped actually.

  in a year long relationship--broke up-five months later had a bout of conscience and told on myself.

  myself and my ex are disfellowshipped and now most of my former group of "friends" are getting in trouble.

  Hi dfd, welcome to the board.

  So now that you have been lurking for awhile here, I am curious as to what you think about this "culture" out here on the internet of mostly ex-witnesses and their varying beliefs on life and religion. You said your conscience caused you to tell on yourself, do you believe you were doing something wrong? I am not trying to put answers in your mouth at all, I am just wondering, since you are new here what your thoughts are on all of "this", outside of the organization and if you have given much thought as to what you want to do regarding the organization in the future.
