  i agree, going door to door is unnatural...........only,... he say's "the more you learn to love god, and understand that this is the work of god, the more you want to share that".

  really though,............ the more door to door work you do, the more calloused you become........ your genuine love for people becomes something you turn on and off, according to if they agree with the gov body's doctrines.......... non members become just names in a return visit book,....... you become accustomed to viewing other humans as "non members"........"dead meat" for armageddon....... "goats" ...............

  your genuine love for people turns into a game, .......to get recognition for yourself, to be recognized with a "title" (pioneer) and to be known as one who can talk people into it,...........

  did anyone else have witness parents who the congregation thought were the "model" family, yet behind closed doors all hell broke loose?

  i remember a time when my family was choosen to do a part at an assembly about the ideal family- yet behind the scenes, we were beat, yelled at, sworn at, never studied, had a family from hell, yet others always commented how "perfect" and christian our family was.

  being a witness leaves deep & permanent scars.

  jws teach hypocrisy right from the platform,..not love,........................ no wonder when no one is looking their true colors shine......they really know very little about love.

  i know cassiline has alot of friends that monitor this board so i thought i would post a surgery status on cassiline to let everyone who cares about her know how everything is going.

  first of all, i would like to say thank you to the owner of this board, friends and aquintances of cassinline, for all the help you have provided not olny for her but for others that are out there with problems who seek the assistance from people that have a similar state of understanding about the jw religion.

  mine is from 7th grade- that was 20 years ago- but i still cringe when i think of it.

  almost too hard to write down- but maybe it will be therapeutic & part of the healing process?

  rutherford knew the same thing that jim and tammy baker, and russel and alot of the jw higher ups like their lawyers know,,,,,,,,,,,............. it's ok to do anything you want, anything, even adultry, lying and murder, .......as long as you don't tell anyone or advertize it...........they are spiritually ahead of the flock........

  hi avengers,............. hey!, ....... it looks like the title of a new show,.......... each week you interview a new pedophile victim, who describes what happened and how they were silenced, and their molesters were harbored, and put in the "beautiful book of pedophiles"....
