  Did you attend KH meetings under difficult conditions?

  as jws were you willing to attend meetings even in cases of difficulty such as bad weather, if it was really cold, rainy, snowy, or if you didn't feel really well, or if you had to spend a lot of time to get there by car or public transport?

  My 14-year-old has a same sex attraction.....

  ....and i'm not sure how to handle it.

  actually, if she were getting too close to a boy, i probably wouldn't know how to handle it either....lol.

  but, as a parent, i'm not sure how to talk to her about it, as it's something i'm familar with.

  Remember that even if she ends up a lesbian that she needs love from you. That will be the best thing you can do for her.

  .................to be standing on the other side of the door on a saturday morning.. it happened today.

  i had gone to the markets early and when i got home i wandered across the road to my neighbour's house to have my hair coloured.

  she's a frustrated hairdresser and a friend.. as usual we chatted as she prepares the colour.

  I feel sorry for all the door knockers but answer the door because otherwise they will come back. The part that upsets me is that they feel the only "Truth" is found in there religion and no one elses, sad you know..............

  BS- I think its really a sad thing that you are using this forum to spread hatred. You need to get out more, join things and learn that this kind of behavior on your part is not ok . I think it is sad to let someone with your thoughts upset people. Maybe that is your goal on this board. Your advice to the writer with the 14 year old will just make that child leave home or even worse. I looked up your profile and saw a lot of your posts are on this subject. Makes me wonder...................................... To the people reading these horrible posts, DON'T TAKE IT TO HEART AND REMEMBER, EVERY PERSON HAS ONE, SOME PEOPLE ARE ONE!

  The New System, What will we remember?

  the reason for this post is based on a conversation i had a few months ago with an elder and a very stubborn publisher.

  we where out in service and these two guys started talking about how in the new system everything of the past will be forgotten, "the former thigns will not be called to mind", you know how it goes.

  anyway i cound't take it anymore.

  we all know that the nwt is a truly lousy version if the bible.

  when they started using the bible why did they not add their own writings.

  i know they use the wt and other books but i mean, in the lines like the mormans did.

  You really made a good point. If my mother was still alive I would use it on her. I would think she would deny that the bible had roots from the Catholic church. Nice point though
