  Mom having heart surgery

  my mom is going to need heart surgery soon.

  she is currently a recently reinstated jw after being disfellowshipped for 5 years.

  she just went back to be able to talk to her family.

  he told me today that many years ago he went to a memorial.

  when they passed the wine and bread he noticed that no one was taking any and thought it was weird.

  i am to the point where i don't really even think about it anymore.

  I can't believe what I did.

  so yesterday i was watching the news and i saw something about secret santa.

  there is this movement of people who hand random strangers $100 bills at places like laundry mats and thrift stores.

  so i was "moved" and decided to give it a shot.

  considering that my christmas present was alive and couldn't be wrapped, i got her last friday.

  the funniest thing is that she has taken up a spot under the christmas tree to sleep!

  Should I mention the pedophiles?

  i have been asked to speak about my experiences at my church sunday to a group of 20-40 year olds.

  any suggestions on what to say?

  i'm especially considering if i should talk about the pedophiles .... .

  First time I didn't refuse Blood ...

  i had surgery dec 28th, 07 (you can skip the first paragraph .. it's just venting) .

  i have had issues getting my insurance company to pay.

  it's not the insurance company's fault.

  Apparently I ruined my mom's life.

  in the course of a conversation (it started with the fact that the convention is in town and i work near the site and i was stressing because my family was across the street) i asked my mom if she was upset because i made her choose between me and her family.

  she couldn't answer.

  after silence she said, "i always said i would die for you so i guess we'll see.
