  see, by examining carbon dating, tree rings, and other highly scientific data, he's concluded that noah started loading his ark in 4990 bc, he tells usa today.

  so did the 'da society' give these dub internet savvies permission to start a forum?

  because last i checked, the ole boys in their oversized brooklyn bunker didn't want their members on the internet unless it was to view their own official websites.

  i thought maybe it was an apostate forum until i read their long winded, typically condescending jdub style membership guidelines:.

  my wife (never a jw) is ill and undergoing a series of treatments that will last for many months.

  it's a physical, emotional, and financial drain on both of us.. my wife has run her own business for many years and has an extensive client list that includes some very well-to-do folks.

  one of those clients called her one day and offered to pay all of her medical expenses.

  My wife (never a JW) is ill and undergoing a series of treatments that will last for many months. It's a physical, emotional, and financial drain on both of us.

  My wife has run her own business for many years and has an extensive client list that includes some very well-to-do folks. One of those clients called her one day and offered to pay all of her medical expenses. (We were very appreciative for the gesture, but declined the offer.)

  Every other day people show up with prepared meals. This has been the norm for many weeks.

  As Randy Newman once sang, "human kindness is overflowing..."

  Wordly people don't suck.

  I didn't realize that until I became one.

  i've seen a few threads/posts where some of y'all have heard from jw contacts and how they've stepped up their 'the end is close' rhetoric because of the earthquake/tsunami in japan.

  i usually take those things with a grain of salt.

  there's always some jw whose cheese has slipped that reads prophecy into every little thing that happens.

  Book of Mormon vs The Bible, which one should I choose?

  2 jdubs were at my door yesterday... so one of the questions i asked them and now i ask you is this.. why should i believe the bible is the gods word?

  if i put on the table the book of mormon and the bible side by side what will be the criteria to decide which one is gods word?.

  this is what the book of mormon says in 2 nephi 33:1.
