Here's the whole crux of the matter. THEY SAY. Who are they? Originally they were a bunch of superstitious Jewish zealots wanting a unification focus so they invented YHWH. Then, the early Christian fathers came along, added their own superstitions and, voila, we have a book of fables handed down the generations - with millions suffering in the process.

The phrase 'in a nutshell' comes to mind.

i have often wondered..... they say jehovah is the begining and the end, and that he can read every heart.

if so, did he not know eve would eat the fruit and then adam would follow?

did he not know satan would try to pull his weight?

The whole original sin story is utterly flawed.

People will always want to find out what is behind the door, round the corner, in the box.

It's our nature. To take that very human quality away, is to take away what we actually are.

Falling short is part of the learning and 'polishing' process.

A world full of people that never said or did anything wrong? How silly.

It deeply saddens me that people feel it proper to believe in the original sin story.

I used to. Not any more. My shoulders are much freer.

just wondering if anyone else had the collection of kingdom melodies on tape or cd and if you ever listened to them?i ordered the whole set of 9 cds 2 yrs ago and donated over 100.00 for them!

!was just thinking i could have bought a nice winter coat with that!i used to play them at home all the time, even in the car or when we had the group meeting at our house.i used to love one particular song cos it had a full orchestra and would play it over and over again.some of them were pretty cheesy though - one song was sung in opera style but not the words she she 'ahd' it all the way through - horrible!was anyone else as sad as me and did you actually pay for them?i regret it now cos they're all in the attic and can't bear to use them ever again..
