  ugh...i did.

  im so damn spiritual id leave well oiled spots on your suit if you rubbed up against me.

  yeah...i packed kingdom hall clothes and service bags to go on vacation.

  My parents would visit halls on vacation.

  They would say "You never take a vacation from Jehovah".

  We did visit this really nice hall in Canada once and they had some hot brothers there!

  would you go back to the dubs for your family ?

  do you sometimes feel tired and stressed because your family shunns you so you go back to be with your family ?

  NO WAY!

  I haven't seen my folks in about 10 years and I guess some things you just get used to. Plus I love the freedom of choosing for myself now too much to go back.

  i have been wanting to get the book crisis of conscience by ray franz for some time but for some reason have felt i might be commiting the unforgivable sin.

  so i ordered it on amazon will be here in about 5 days.

  I actually just finished reading it this weekend.

  After I was d/f I knew I could never go back, but I still basically thought that they had the truth and that I would die at Armageddon. After reading the book I never realized how much falsehood I was fed while a dub.

  at about 300 feet elevation- never saw one so close to the ground.. yep - headed west to chicago or southbend i suppose - football game coverage tomorrow most likely.

  we live on a dead line between toledo and those points, and i know they often base one of them in toledo.. the grandkids were thrilled.

  as were the grandparents too.

  My ex brother-in-law used to fly the one stationed in Akron and then he moved to Florida to fly the one stationed in Pompano (spelling?) Beach. He took me up in it and he even let me man the controls for a few minutes. What fun!!

  i know of some elders that regularly gave about $500 per month towards the kingdom hall and other watchtower society interests....and you???

  I grew up poor so I don't recall us donating very much, although my dad got a severance check from his place of employment because they closed for good and he gave about $7,000 to the Society (nevermind the fact that they could barely put food on the table).

  My ex-husband and I were poor young people so we didn't really donate much either.

  i need help sorting out a playlist!.

  My hubby and I hare having a Halloween party at our house this Saturday and he was burning a cd for it last night.

  Some that he burned are: Thriller, Tales from the Crypt, Monster Mash, Ghostbusters, Halloween (movie) theme, Friday the 13th, Psycho theme . . .sorry cannot recall anymore right now. I think you can do a search for Halloween tunes and it will give you a list to go by.

  I want to call my mom...any advise???

  my mom has disowned me and subsequently, my 6 month old....and i am sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  i am so frusterated to let this stinkin cult ruin and affect my life so much.

  has anyone had success in talking to a relative and saying something to get them to think for themselves?

  Well I'm very sorry to hear the phone call went that way.

  My family does not see me (my mom has never seen my 4 year old daughter) and I get sad sometimes, especially during events in my life when my family should be celebrating with me.

  No I don't have one but a friend of my brother-in-laws got one and I had the pleasure of seeing him last month.
