Your situation is not unique to being a JW. Many parents will reject a homosexual child, so just live your life and make new friends and keep family around that will accept you. Good Luck and get involved in some support groups if you need help.

I am finally back...
by _Atlas in... i've been away for a while (actually 3/4 of a year) without posting.. besides saying hi, i wanted to gradually get to speed in everything going on jw land.. in the last year, what are the relevant news, blunders and scandals coming out of the wtbts?.

purple triangles vs. videos on the faithful in malawi
by monophonic injust a thought i had earlier and mentioned in a comment on a thread..
but i love how the yearbooks and videos jump all over how jws suffered in the name of god and these examples of their faith through ww2, but the malawi massacre is glossed over..
if they were right for their decision they made for the brothers in malawi, don't you think they'd be making messes in their pants at the excitement of showing the world how faithful they were amidst the tyranny?.

Guys, do you lay your wifi laptop on your lap?
by Elsewhere inone of the things i enjoy most about wifi is the way i can sit in my favorite living room recliner and surf the web while watching spongbob.
i was just sitting here browsing around the web when it suddenly occurred to me: am i microwaving my "boys"?
has anyone heard if there is are, ahem, "manly" dangers to using a laptop on the lap?

Wifi puts out a very level of power so I wouldn't worry about it. However you should never use a cell phone /broadband transmitter on your lap.
