It's my second non-Memorial, but yeah, it's my first on JWD too...
j
i just thought of something.

this is my first memorial as a member of jwd.. the only thing i could muster up was a cup of coffee and a doughnut.. i'll be around the real stuff tonight.. warlock .
It's my second non-Memorial, but yeah, it's my first on JWD too...
j
i'm posting "memorial" accolades on jwd and beliefnet for the benefit of the jw's who attended the annual reject the king celebration.. how about you?.
In Phoenix airport, waiting for my connection.

This is the second in a row I'm a no-show. It will stay that way.
j
as some of you may know - my lifestory as it relates to jw, is being written and posted here.
in addition, randy asked to post it on freeminds and did so a couple weeks back [though it is still incomplete at this point].
i allowed randy to include my email link and real name, with a view to aiding any readers if possible.. yesterday, i got the most fabulous email i can imagine getting;.
Jeff, I just finished reading your story on freeminds. Much of it could have been reading about myself, seriously. I believe you have finally inspired me to write mine. Keep fighting the good fight!

compound complex has a thread that starts with the words persecution wanes.
in it he states:.
"after the judge's death, as world war ii was ending and persecution against the witnesses began declining, along .
Wow. If this is true, this is on another whole level. This equates to murder, period. Can someone back this up?
j
how do we know that bethel and other congregations monitor this site?
is this confirmed.
and if so i am assuming all those monotoring must be doubtful as well.
I would tend to agree with Arthur on this one. If bethel does in fact "assign" anyone to monitor this site, it would only be some dyed in the wool old timer who won't budge no matter what evidence is presented. I see no big bethel fallout because of it.
j
anyone else looking forward to this besides me?.
i sure hope arrmmaaggeeddoonn doesnt come before this comes out.

This is cool. I was a big fan when I was a kid. I believe the 4th Doctor was the best.

i am dreading chemo, to be honest, but i have to bear it, as i would anything that gives me hope.
but that's for monday, and i am going to enjoy myself as much as i can this weekend.
Great to have you back, Linda!
j
dear all,.
i've thought long and hard before writing this - which came about after linda (fullofdoubtnow), who is suffering from pancreatic cancer, was recommended alternative treatments to mainstream medicine.
i believe i am in a strong position to know just how effective many (most/all?
Good info and post, Ian. I'm glad your here with us! As you are one of my favorite posters here.

when you hear that old brother so-and-so died or that sister elder's wife is very ill, do you feel bad?--------- like you want to call the family, see the sick former friends?
?
There exist a few I still do truly care about, so certainly it would trouble me if something were to happen to them. Although I swore I would never attend the KH again, I would most likely attend their services. I feel it is very important to be the better person in these type of situations.
