i hate the religion of jehovah's witnesses.

i am of the same view as yourself. your story is a good example.
sadly, i have seen elders actually kick out 2 persons from the organization for not becoming baptized. one was an elderly lady who needed to belong and the other was mentally handicapped and very innnocent.

ya...i am a cat lover!....and have had many of these snuggly beings......but i have a tuxedo cat that is just to most perfect cat in the world....actually better than that, somtimes i call him moto....cause he is the master of the universe!
!.....when i first saw him as a ferral kitten...i was instantly smitten.....i slammed on the brakes and slid my car til it stopped sideways in the road!...out of about 6 kittens...he was the only one who came to me...it was truly love at first sight........oompa.

My cat Sissy likes to sleep with me. She will sleep around my knees. If i move while she is asleep and it wakes her, she will get up, walk to my face and slap me to make sure we are both awake. sometimes, when i know i have awaken her, i will try to cover my face, but, she will pull the blanket off my face and get in her slap. once that is taken care of, she goes back to sleep.
there are a lot of dumb organization men.
gb losch seems to be the top dog for dumbness.. in the local halls i've seen and heard many dumb elders open their mouths.. one elder had a fondness for bible prophecy and watchtower chronology.
he always speculated on what the "watchtower really means" about a statement in print.
During the book study, the book study conductor said, "If I were to visit each of your homes right now, as Jehovah's clean witnesses, none of you should have dirty dishes in the sink, that should have been taken care of before you came to the book study". Hass ole.
i was dfed from 1998 to 2002. i was scared $hitless from the 9-11 attacks and wanted to have a better relationship with my witness daughters.
well- my relationship with my daughters at the time improved - however i was still shunned by rank and file members inside the congregation.

I am so glad you two posted. I thought i was nuts or made to believe i was nuts. I was not invited to party's. but, my boyfriend was. it was his 3rd generation congregation. i was the new gal. if i passed a sister down the corridor of the hall...she'd make a rude comment and keep walking. if i'd tell my boyfriend how rude the sisters were treating me and especially HIS sister and her posse, he'd look at me like i was nuts. it even went so far as she called me a crazy nut in front of him and had her friend laugh at me....he just ignored it. and it was at a party at his home! the looks i'd get at the hall from these single sisters. and the brothers....well, that's another story.
