as a kid i only collected comic books until around 1962.. my collection was very important to me and i had emotional excitement at the release of a new comic--but--i made a date with 2 girls.

on the same day and didn't have any money!

so, even if jws of the great crowd are found faithful and sparred at armageddon, they still have to prove faithful at the final judgement at the end of 1,000 years, right?

or, are jws of the great crowd assured they will pass the final judgement.

Additionally, the calendars that contain errors also emphasize starting Bible studies on
the first Saturday of each month.However, as noted in the December 2014 Our Kingdom Ministry,
this arrangement will be discontinued as of January 2015.

Sometimes you get an insight of how the Borg works. If these calendars have the "use the magazines on Saturdays", that means that the change to discontinued this arragement was made on-the-fly, recently, after they printed the calendars.

All of these makes me winder, how far ahead do they plan things?

you can read The Watchtower and Awake! with confidence .

Does that includes the calendar? So if I read it with confidence, during the 2015 year I will guess of the Bible reading messed up!

i don't know if anybody is interested, but they put the entire 2014 annual meeting online at tv.jw.org if you can stomach it.

it will be nice to finally verify or disprove some of the rumors that have been flying around.

Dear Brothers:
We are writing regarding the 2015 Calendar in English that will be shipped to congregations
beginning mid-October. Some copies of the 2015 Calendar in English contain errors. For
example, the Memorial Bible reading schedule is not accurate. Therefore, please follow the Memorial
Bible reading schedule found in Examining the Scriptures—2015 instead of the schedule
found in the 2015 Calendar in English.
Additionally, the calendars that contain errors also emphasize starting Bible studies on
the first Saturday of each month. However, as noted in the December 2014 Our Kingdom Ministry,
this arrangement will be discontinued as of January 2015.
Please be assured of our warm Christian love.

PS to coordinator of the body of elders:

If many publishers in your congregation have requested the 2015 Calendar in English,
please arrange for this letter to be read to the congregation at the first Service Meeting after its
receipt. Thereafter, it should be posted on the information board. If only a few publishers have
requested the calendar, please arrange for this information to be conveyed to them personally.

i usually find most of what they post on the news or updates section of the website repulsive or even nauseating.

but i really thought this was nice of them to finally be proactive in something like this.. the article even mentions helping non-witnesses as well.

Is messed up when we get "happy" when the Borg does "good acts" from time to time. It is because this is not the norm for them.
