JWS during the meetings come out sometimes with inappropriate and inaccurate comments,
mostly out of wanting to show THEIR spiritual strength in front of the congregation.

"Do not become unevenly yoked"--weird comment at meeting
by sd-7 ini heard a really bizarre comment at one of the recent meetings.
someone, in quoting this scripture, of course went with the usual doctrine of not marrying/dating someone who is not a jw.
but one woman took it even further, by saying that this applied even to people inside the congregation who 'weren't spiritual enough' or didn't have some magnificent spiritual goals in life.

Unfortunately for the stupid JWS they have little knowledge that the earth's crust has been shaking for millions of years.
Visible and obvious proof of this occurrence are the mountain ranges that we see today all around the world.
So the lack of education doesn't hurt anyone hey.
The ancient civilizations thought that volcanoes and earthquakes were from gods in their vengeance and anger,
comforting to know that people today are still thinking in those very same lines of thought.

Why is there a need for Ministry School presentations?
by RULES & REGULATIONS inwe were told that the preaching work was lead and guided by ''angels'' and the holy spirit.. if that is so,why the need for magazine presentations week after week?
why is a half hour spent showing each member what to say and how to respond to certain questions?
why practice presentations when the angels and holy spirit are there to help?.

The WTS. indoctrinates people to become their own representatives and sales laborers.
I'm quite sure the instruction to preach the word was a oral direction and had absolutely
nothing to do with commercializing the word for profit $$$
I wonder if they had religious charlatans in biblical times ?

Why do people say the god of the bible is Omnisciencent?
by Elsewhere ingen 3:8,9 then the man and his wife heard the sound of the lord god as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the lord god among the trees of the garden.
but the lord god called to the man, "where are you?".
in this passage in the bible the humans hid from the god and the god was left wondering around yelling: "where are you?"..

by keeshondgirl indoes anyone know when the watchtower society stopped believing that they arrived at 1874 and 1914 as results of russels measurements of the pyramid ?.
how long was it that they believed their pyramid idea before they used their twisted bible dates to 'prove' that jesus's enthronement wasn't based on a pyramid measurement?.

Another thing thats worthy of noting, it is chronologically impossible by use of the bible to accurately to count back 6000
years to the supposed life of Adam. This is an illogical joke in itself.

It was all just loosely derived chronological dating that was devised and exploited to bring attention
to these men and their publishing company.
Yes bullshit is found with religious charlatans, as it was 100 years ago in C T Russell's day, to this very day.
By the way, pyramidology was not Russell's own concept, it came from other people but he thought it
offered some relative support to his Christ's returning doctrine he exploit for his own book publishings.

Apparently I've out-ed an old friend THE SH**T HIT THE FAN!!
by Terry inabout three or four years ago my former "best friend" who is an active jw started coming by my work to eat lunch with me and chat.. in the course of our conversations we had religious discussions.. i posted on the former jwd about these discussions.
i never mentioned his last name, but, i did use his first name.. i honestly never expected anybody to read those posts because of the curse on apostate websites.
but, that was a bit naive, i suppose.. here is what has happened.. .

JWS typically build a self righteous wall of purity around themselves, when you crack a hole in that wall
for people to see through they are quick with reprisals against that person.
Keeping a sanctimonious white sheet over themselves is dutifully important to them, both in and outside of the Kingdom Hall.
Quite frankly Terry I think you deserve a pat on the back.
