Visit from anointed
by wezz inso tonight i get to be graced by the presence of one of the anointed.
last time he visited to help me i told him that i have a problem with the 1914 date.
now obviously every single aspect of this date is wrong, but i started off by asking how come they end it in 537 instead of 539, when the king of babylon obviously received his punishment in 539, as foretold by jeremiah.

and how WW1 was worse than any previous wars put together before.
There were actually more wars and rumors of wars in ancient times.
The only difference between those times and are modern times is the population difference of the waring nations.
Thats an old deceiving trick by the WTS. to connect 1914 with with the return of Christ, through the dispensational teachings.
What most likely happened is that since 1914 was such a stringently connected of a date (year) doctrine by Russell via Pyramidology,
Rutherford didn't want to throw the date out completely so he devised his own calculation , which through close examination is wrong.
A said anointed JWS is just as libel to tell the same BS that any other JWS has been taught or should I say brainwashed with.

by Chariklo incan anyone explain to me just how and why the jw's confidently believe that jesus came and "inspected" all the other religions and found every one lacking and failing his expectations except the little group of bible students who went on to become the jw's?.
this is the biggest gap between history, logic and common sense and wt belief, to me.
more ludicrous than all the propehecies put together.. i'd be really interested to know all the different strands of this.

Then again what major religious organization doesn't say its been specifically chosen by god.
Its was an act to solidify the membership of the IBSA, an expression of purposed viability.

It makes me sad.
by Matsimus inrecently, when saying goodbye to my grandmother, who i only see a few times a year, she started tearing and said something that made me very sad.
she said she had to tell me that the door to jehovah's kingdom is closing at any moment now, and that if i didn't do anything now, it would be to late.
to her, she is facing an eternity without her grandchildren and it makes her very sad.

I personally think it was the WTS's intension with its GB members to contravene all the bad information out on the net about the WTS.
They also intensionally fixed and self manipulated the information to make themselves appear as just pure righteous preachers of the gospel " Truth ".
Of course thats what this religious organization has been doing from the very beginning and that is lying and creating false doctrines to support
themselves and their publishing empire, as well as a means of self empowerment. Now they are lying and putting forth false information about
themselves in a movie format. Oh well thats power and money folks in the realm of religion.

Makes one wonder if the WTS. is trying consolidate its assets and perhaps eventually reform into another religious organization.
When you think about it, its really not that hard for a religion to do, as long as there's a majority vote by the standing directors .
You've got to realistically admit that many of their doctrines are old and becoming redundant as supporting vehicles to lure people and maintain
them as members. One could also realise that its the WTS. own publications that they've produced over the years that ruins their own
perceived viability. With the inter-net here now many of those publications are viewable toward the public , something they didn't have to worry
about in the past.

Is worship deserved?
by goddidit inanyone know the jw explanation for this:.
so supposedly, god exists outside of space and time.
or, god wasn't created and didn't create itself, it just always was, or something.... ignoring any logical issues for a moment, if this is true, why does it deserve any worship for this?.
