One thing I've always detested was the attitude of many JW about gay's, lesbians...it's truly sickening, since they are told to hate those people ('s lifestyle) but they only hear, ''hate those people''.

they left me alone for a long time but the "territory" i live in seems to be more active.

The fact that JW's are taught that Jehovah is going to brutally murder innocent children is one of the reasons I walked away.
But to me, if the Bible says there is going to be a new heaven and new earth, that doesnt sound like -theres going ot be a new heaven and stinky earth filled with 6.5 billion rotting corpses.

Whats impressive is spending MILLIONS of hrs going from door to door every year and doing at thier own cost.
Yes that is impressive looking, and would be more so if half of those hours weren't spent at the donut shop. and a 1/4 of it wasnt made up
I'm not exaggerating, pioneers are trained in how to stretch out their time....afterall, (Counting time is more important than actually counting the number of people talked to, is it not? )
$20 spent on gas driving around all day
$10 spent at the coffee shop
5 hours counted of service time that day,
only 5 minutes spent sharing the good news with one other person - priceless.
