  when one comes to the realization that the wtbs is not even close to being the true religion,.

  sitting thru the mind numbing and butt numbing meetings can be painful and unbearable.

  thru them by laughing to myself at what is said from the platform and from the audience.

  DELILAH'S STRANGE EXPERIENCE......

  ok, i wasn't sure if i should post this, but was convinced by buttlight someone who shall remain nameless.

  i was talking to delilah the other day (she hasn't been posting because their computer broke down a few months ago).

  she had a bizzarre experience at work a couple of weeks ago that really freaked her out.. the friday before easter, one of the women who works on her floor, was passing flyers out inviting people to a worship service that weekend.

  lets say your sitting in your living room, all by yourself. You look at the coffee table, and see something that is sitting on it, levitate in the air, and drop! Everything else on the coffee table is still in place. What caused it?

  I know! I know !

  a gust of wind! (no wind?)

  it was your imagination! (no?)

  you were dreaming! (oh, you were awake?)

  ummm

  it couldnt possibly be spirit beings, there's no scientific evidence they exist

  If SATAN could offer you something desireable, would you accept it?

  if it was possible for satan to offer you something desireable, knowing that god wouldn't approve of it, would you accept it anyways.. now, if you don't believe in god, you won't believe in satan either so this question doesn't apply to you..

  Mary,

  I believe your friend was telling the truth.

  There are so many things that happen that have no explanation at all.

  Just because it is hard to believe it happened, doesnt mean it didnt actually occur exactly the way she explained it.

  I'm sure if doubters had clearly seen a person's entire eye go black, and then change back, standing from only a few feet away, they would be frustrated if someone told them they had simply hallucinated it.

  just my two cents.

  If science could let you live forever, would you take it?

  an ethical question for theists.

  if science started to make some progress in extending our lifespan and eventually made a breakthrough that halted the aging process, even able to reverse it.

  would you accept such a treatment, or allow yourself to grow old and die to take a chance at an afterlife.

  hello all.. i post here under a different name but feel the need to unburden myself anonymously.

  i hope you can understand.. several years ago, while married and an active dub, i had a one night stand.

  i was mortified at what i had done because this had happened before and i had told my wife.

  It's amazing that we carry the secret burdens that we do.

  You are not alone in having a secret that you cannot bear to share...many have secrets.

  I agree that you shouldn't share it with your wife, this was years ago...it will only bring her pain, and you have proven that you are sorry...

  You have to forgive yourself, and you need to move on.

  Once you do this, you can be the best husband that your wife deserves, right?

  you need to let go of your past self, and embrace your new self...

  seeing a therapist will help you to do that if you feel that you cant do it on your own.

  Where do you like to sit on a plane and why?

  i'm trying to decide where i want to sit on the plane to dallas - i can choose online 24 hours beforehand but am not sure where is best for comfort, quiet, service, view.

  is there anyway of predicting where any babies might be so i can be as far away as possible from them?.

  I hate sitting over the wings,

  I prefer a window seat, and I like watching the scenery and the ground, unless we're flying over water, then I dont care where i sit...

  I like turbulence!

  flying doesnt scare me at all, I love it...
