disfellowshipping and anger problems
by gay pride inis it just me or has anyone here become a very angry person after leaving the organization?.
i mean in the sense where...you're more vulnerable to snap in a big way...like you've just developed so much anger inside you?.
for example since being df'd i think its created so much anger that i really just dont care.

Are you kidding me? Get to a counselor or hire a lawyer. This kind of drama is not ok. Your life is going to spin out of control, and you do not want to live with the consequences of really hurting someone. It's not your job to see that she spends her money wisely. If you put your name on a lease, you have to take responsibility for paying the rent, no matter what your roommates do. Learn a lesson and next time, room with someone more responsible. It is natural to be angry about your life and being a JW. Find a different way to deal with it. We care about you.

I saw it tonight. I was thinking that I was grateful my parents were JWs and not those freaky holy spirit babbling joggers. That church scene was scary. I loved Borat.

I did the second time I got DF'd. I had been successfully fading for 2 years when they harassed my parents to the point I met with them. I shoulda never dunnit. The loving elders "heard" I had had a miscarriage and told me they needed to make an example of me. They never asked if it was true, they never said, "We're sorry to hear it. Would you like a free home bible study?" They told me I had 2 choices - DA or DF. I didn't know they could offer people that choice. So since I hadn't figured everything out, I refused to DA, so they DF'd. My mom heard the whole BS go down and to this day lovingly wastes her life energy waiting on Jahizzo.

Thanks unclebruce. Good lord. Quite the list. It reminds me of when I would read over the seven detestable things to see how far down the list I'd made it. Thanks to everyone else. I know it's a WBT word, but the crappy literature is translated into lots of languages, so I figured ex-jws from other languages would know it. It's pretty cool. I like other languages. Gracias, kiitos, bedankt, merci, danke, grazie, kiaora koe, takk, tack, nandri!!!

we only have 1 car... well my friend cant carpool with my wife to work because it would be imporoper for a man and a woman to be in the car alone.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr im so frustrated.

Is your wife a witness? Because maybe it could work out if they studied for the meetings together on the way to work, or he could witness to her, or she could break him down apostate style on the way to work. Positive: save ga$$$, sleep more, Negative: she could become a witness and leave you for him - ha ha

Well that was weird!
by mama1119 ini heard a knock at the door just now and i open it up and its a lady, all by herself with a folder.
she tells me she is doing volunteer work along with thousands of other people around the world to help mankind.
she says volunteers have been sent out into all parts of the worls, including the jungle, eygpt and the middle east...yes, the jungle.
