I can't get pregnant either....
But I'd advise against it. People don't have a problem until the trees 'jump' out in front of them. It can happen to even experienced skiers. Avoiding a slow skier, trees on both sides, too late to fall down and stop.
But I'm not sure as to the particulars of baby protection in early months. Snow is pretty awesome, even when it ISN'T on a mountain . Throw snowballs at people instead, problem solved

Jehovah's Witness Children are Kept Alienated from the rest of the world!
by Gill inthe watchtower continues to encourage jw parents to alienate their children from people who are not jws and therefore discourage a more balanced view of the world and the people in it!.
september 15th watchtower, 2007 says on page11:.
'of course, our children's attitudes can be influenced both for good and for bad.

Technically, I'm still a kid, right?
.
I'm homeschooled, and have been since before highschool. The JWs I'm around just about all like me, but I'm shy. I was 'popular' in the congregation. That is, once we transfered to one that had kids my age in it a year ago. Before that I had no freinds.
And now? No freinds. I've disfellowshipped myself, I guess. Sure, I hang out with folks when asked (Ironically, it's been happening more...), but I don't put any effort into freinds.
The internet is another story. People love me, and I love them. So I'm 'social' through the internet....does that count?
"JW kids are the most alienated, immature, socially stunted and miserable kids, no wonder they go crazy when they get out of the cult."
I agree I'm alienated. I havn't had a real life freind outside the religion for 4 years.
Socially stunted? Possibly. I think I manage it better than average JW kids. If I put my mind to it, I'm outgoing. I think that's how I am deep inside, it's just supressed a bit.
Miserable? Without the internet, I'm not sure I'd be alive, let alone miserable. Without it, and if I were alive, I would be VERY miserable.
Oh I skipped one?
Immature......most definately. I think it's one of my greatest personality traits! Just my opinion
.
Will I go crazy? Nope. I have no desire to do drugs, or drink, or engage in wild sex with many people (one at a time please.....jk) . Mom doesn't realize how lucky she is that I don't plan on screwing myself up like that. -

Do you embellish on here...change names or situations to...
by FreedomFrog inavoid parents/friends/elders finding out who or what the situation is?.
do you feel bad for "lying" to ones on here to protect who you really are?.

I don't lie!
I'm 17 and easily punishable if found out. I wont be able to leave the home for a while, cuz mom sucked my inheritence dry (true) . So I'll still be punishable for quite a while.
I don't use names at all. I omit stories (I have freinds, after all). But usually when I write a story here, it's the full truth, minus names. Usually. Sometimes I omit something important thats extremely specific to me.

Wow, 45 minute attention span?
During the public talk, I last about 10-15 minutes. Then I'm zoned out for the rest of the talk, and the watchtower. -

a burning plane
by John Doe inyou're on a plane flight training for parachuting when the plane develops problems and begins rapid descent.
everyone neatly and orderly forms a line for the parachutes, and you remember your etiquette and don't rush, panic, push, shove or shout.
the circumstances so happen that there are exactly twice as many passengers as parachutes, and the person directly in front of you is in line for the last one.

I'd let him have it...I guess I'd die. But first, I'd find the most attractive woman on the plane and make out....No sense dying without a first kiss

Last time I had an argument with mom about this stuff, she just stared at me like I was an idiot (joke's on her, eh?) .
Life's been tough for her a bit recently. If she could work on tuesdays and thursdays, it wouldn't be so much tho....
