  Jehovah's Witnesses & Higher Education

  i believe that jws demonize higher education so much, that it makes them look like weirdos!.

  you and your family are penalized if someone goes to college!.

  when i tell any "worldly" (aka "normal" person) that witnesess view higher education with disdain and ridicule, i always get the same response:.

  Isn't it ironic 3rd world countries are senting their children to western countries to get a higher education because they see the value of higher education to escape the proverty of those countries.Yet the GB/FDS tries to get their slaves educated in the languages of these foreingors so they can convert these educated one's to be their D-D slaves.

  Also it has been mentioned by the Faithful slave that even if someone get's a degree,he/she won't necessary get a well paying job and if one does get a good job and makes a lot of money and a good retirement loot he lives and dies so what good did it do him.Do you see the double talk,both sides of their mouth,fork tongue.They are full of IT.

  this is a question that i have struggled with, not just as a jehovahs witness but as a believer in god.

  He created a defective Earth---earthquakes,hurricanes .snow,floods etc.Yes his is responsible.For example if man builds a defective car or road he is responsible.But man will correct the defective car,road, building etc.Why has not God corrected earthquakes.tornadoes.

  couple of things i found kind of interesting.

  on the front it has the wording "qualify to live in the paradise" or something to that effect.

  just another weird thing that jws teach, having to "qualify" for the paradise, based on your works of course.. the back has the image of daniel with the world powers on it, the bottom has a circle with a "?

  One when the elders sent two sisters to spy on me.They followed me,so I went to a hardware store too see if they would follow,sure enough in their sunday best.

  The second when they elders hounded me to up my circus hours to 10 per month so I would qualify for extra privileges.They could so use me.....BS.

  June 15th WT - WT Society Pressures JW Parents to Indoctrinate Children

  in a non-study article in the jw only watchtower is an article titled " should youths get baptized ?

  " the wt society is losing young people in very large numbers - so how else to try stemming the exodus than putting pressure on jw parents to indoctrinate and instill mind control into their children ?

  in one section here in this article it almost sounds like a version of " 20 questions " that the wt society asks parents to determine if their children are making " spiritual progress " as they phrase it.

  I agree with Outlaw.Do publications from the FDS interest him.I hope not with the advice about employment and education.They want him as a slave in Bethel and when he gets old and cost them money they give him the Bethel BOOT.They are getting nasty in their old age.

  I would describe the Watchtower's Disfellowshipping as truly merciless

  thoughout my life i have seen many take the walk of shame that is disfellowshipping.

  i have never been df'ed, but i have had many experiences reading the faces of newly df'ed ones.. their faces are always the same.

  defeated by a foe that they never had a chance with in the beggining; a raping so-to-speak.

  I agree.Just think if a Roman Catholic church treated their members the same.You are a R.C from birth you have no choice but if you left the R.C. church, your family gave you the boot when you turned 18.Is not the WT religion the same for born in J.W.that is a born in J.W. does not have a choice.

  One other thing,the WT gives you the boot for not agreeing with their wishy-washy bible interpetations.Also their are many J.W. that disagree with the policies of the WT but are in for family.
