by The Quiet One inregarding what some have said here about the wt being a false prophet.. i would like to make my point regarding the wt not being a false prophet... so please, if you can be patient enough to read this, at least try to understand what i am getting at.. a false prophet is one who, according to deuteronomy, makes a false prediction of the future and claims that the prediction came from god, or in other words claiming that 'god has said he will do a certain thing at a certain time' etc.. for example, hypothetically speaking, if someone had claimed: "god will bring about the end of the world in 2010", they would have been proven to be a false prophet, obviously.
but, as an example, imagine a man who claimed the position of a prophet of god, (as moses did, because although he was not the type of prophet that predicted the future.. he was still a prophet or spokesman for god) and that he had publicised worldwide, according to his interpretation of a (for example) prophecy found in the book of isaiah, that the world would end in 2010.. and he had also stated that he was not saying that god will end the world in that year.. but only that there was biblical evidence that god might do so.
that would clearly have been a mistake.

It's not so much that jw don't get a deal.It's about honesty.
I can book a hotel for a wedding and will get 10-20 % off the room rate for the guests.
If I do it every year at the same hotel, they will give me good deals.
What the wbts makes the jw believe,that they worked so hard to get those deals(bs).
The wbts will get a % of room from the hotel.The bro will pick sheep to take these free room,however,they are to make a paymemt to the wbts for those rooms.So the wtbs will make $ on D.C..
They could be loving and provide those free rooms to single mothers and those poor sheep that have little cash.

I find it odd that a person would say he can have an intimite relationship with someone (god) that he can't see or hear.Call him his freind.He can have a REAL conversation with this person.In his mind this person(god) is real,has a personality and such attributes as:love.kindness,merciful,forgiving,etc.

I would repair the Earth.No more earthquakes,floods,hurricanes,droughts,tornadoes,Winter stroms.
Temperatures 65-80,rain when required.(No A/C or Heating required).
No weeds or nasty insects,(No chemicals or pesticides required).
There is more but you get the picture.
Just these few things and you can see man would not be ruining the earth.
