In my humble opinion I would trust an outsider over a J.W.The example that you state are a dime a dozen in the world outside wbts.Here are some of my examples, when working if field service and you make a call with an elder/ms/publisher left in your car.They will go thru your belongs why?I have been followed by two sisters who didn't think I knew they were following me why?I had them follow me into a hardware store in their dresses lol.Yeah J.W. are honest slaves to the wbts.

PS:They are not honest with their members when it comes to money.ie donation mags free in usa.not in other countries until later.Hotel rooms for district conventions,Brother work hard to get good rates (bs) just check with any hotel/sales/marketing person and see if you can't get as a good rate..honestly.The list is to long to point out all the dishonestly.

it's been a while since i posted here- i frequently lurk, but have been busy with work, life, and not letting the fact that i was a jw for so long linger over my life and become overcome with "what if's?

yesterday we got a phone call from my mother in law who is a jw.

she was distraught because she still has my husband (her son) who is no longer a jw as her medical and legal poa.

Good luck,you can't win because in the good old USA we have "freedom of religion" and the ACL.However,what gets me, you have "FREEDOM" in every thing under the sun except when you join the CULT of the WBTS.Ex.if you hate your work you can get a different job.You are not living in a dictatorship.If you become a member of the WBTS and quit see what happens.

What is it with these POA/DPA cards,is it mandatory that every J.W.fill one out and have only J.W.sign the POA/DPA?Did not J.W. have no blood cards before that were legal?Why the push now?Does it have something to do with LAW SUITS?

after reading tms's thread on elders appointed by holy spirit, i thought of a really weird example of how stupid some elders are.. i was driving one day in service and was going to the door with an elder that i was not particularly fond of.

as we approached the house, a bird flew over and crapped on the shoulder of his white shirt.

he continued and went to the door and gave a presentation!
