  "Safeguard Your Mind" assembly targeting apostate thinking

  i recently attended the second day of the 2 day assembly for safeguarding your mind.

  the first talk was entitled "feed your mind at jehovah's table".

  the first portion of this talk specifically targeted apostates warning members to not listen to them "even if they were once strong in the truth or had great responsiblity in the congregation".

  Is the midweek meeting the new bookstudy in regards to attendance?

  we had our circuit assembly last weekend and this was one of the needs of the circuit.

  one of the main points was mid week meeting attendance.

  apparently the attendance is very low.

  Right on, low attendance.About family worship night,I for one could not figure out why they called it

  a loving provision for the faithful slave.I believe you should worship God every day and read the bible

  every day.Not by some rule of some men in N.Y.

  just recieved the news a couple of hours ago, and have almost no details.

  it happened today or yesterday, he took his own life.

  Because we have a brain.

  All through life we all try different things.Like Amway, only to find it's a scam.

  Some are born into the R.C. and find how bad it is, so they try J.W. only to find how bad it is.

  THose born in J.W. land find how bad it is and try something else.We all try different jobs.some we like

  others we hate but do it because it puts food on the table.That's life.

  The German State collects a religious tax on individual registered R.C.,Protestant and Jews since the 19th century.

  Then funnels back to the respective religious bodies.The levy amounts to between 8-9% of an annual Incone tax bill.

  I bet the WBTS does not challenge this,because they get a lot of money without asking or saying this is supported

  bt voluntary donations.So WBTS what happens when your JW is a poorly paid parttime worker.Cuts

  into your revenue does it not. I bet you like highly paid workers in Germany.

  page 19 disturbing news reports and your children.. what is the governing boby's point?that children under 13 should not watch news because of the violence?.

  how about some disturbing news reports from the bible.

  ishbosheth gets his head cutoff.. david kills 200 men and cut thier foreskins off (6 years old asks what are foreshins?).

  Davis has sex with another man's wife and kills her husband( 5 year old ask do people kill to have sex)

  David disobeys god and 70,000 die.

  How about totally destruction of the Amalekies;every man,woman,child,baby,cattle,sheep and donkeys gets killed.

  one more how about cutting a baby in half that will scare any child.

  The gb always say to make the bible reading alive.I say it scares the bejesus out of the kids.

  That statement reminded me of what a bethelite said some years ago in his closing talk at a circuit assembly.

  Quote"3,300 were told (were told) to leave New York bethel.How much more could they simplify-GB.

  p3-6 ECUADOR-Lack of basic services such as electricity and running water.Heat,dust lack of hot showers.

  How much more can thet simplify-GB.

  p25 In a number of lands where living conditions are chellenging many publishers have a simple lifestyle.

  Is your statement applicable and wise.

  No it is your selfish greed to kick 3,300 poor soul out ot HQ so you could make a fast buck when the real estate was hot.

  Have you met anyone on the Governing Body?

  i posted on another thread about a couple of my experiences of meeting the governing body while i was in brooklyn.

  i wanted to see if anyone else had any experiences along these same lines.

  i met most of the ones that were current during the 2001-2003 years.

  I personally heard two GB menbers speak(gp.sh),they are good speakers and are sincere.

  I totally disagree of those who protray that the GB are good people.I have no use for anyone

  who has destroyed and ruin families with their propaganda.Such families as Bowen,Anderson,lady Lee

  and others.Dictators are good speakers and are good people to some but look at the damage to others.

  Christ alone said "They believe they are Jehovahs chosen people and that he deals with them directly."

  He also mentioned a lot of other things the the GB thinks highly of themselves. I say it more like

  AUDITORYHALLUCINTIONS.Maybe they have psychosis or are psychotic and hear voives or are delusionally.
