i was thinking of all the "concious matters" that you could do if you wanted, but would not tell anyone so you wouldn't get in "trouble".
one thing that came to my mind is when after having my baby, i wanted to join weight watchers...there were two meeting places to choose from...one close to me and in a church....and one quite far not in a church.
well, i went to the one in the church, always worried someone would see me(but i didn't really think it was a big deal) so, what did you all hide?
Oh, well then! Mom and I bought Harlequin paperbacks and hid them to read when Dad fell asleep, but I never did anything with an elder's wife! Haha.
In my congregation, not even the elders did anything with an elder's wife.
But back to topic, I dabbled in my life-long hobby of anatomy identifiying.

despite our noble intentions and the hope that we'll behave ourselves, we are downright human.
i just saw beaches again last night (bought the used tape for four bucks) and was reminded how that evil, green-eyed monster can destroy the best of relationships.
Well, thus far, I've gravated toward jobs and positions that generally don't lead to jealousy. That being said, I bite my tongue and find someone to bitch to.
normally, i don't mind where i'm at in my life.
i'm forty, no kids, low-paying job, live in a trailer court, etc (and trust me there's more to the etc, then i've already mentioned), but today i had a hard time.. one of my best friends from high school was a big dope head (no offense to the dope heads out there).
he showed up nearly every day to our first period art class smelling of weed and was generally so whacked out of his mind that he got horrible grades.. he finally graduated - barely - and made it to college.
The best part of us is who we are, how we love, not what we own or where we live.

Thinking liberal is important to me. If there is a judgment day and if I am going to have my whole life examined by superior beings, I truly hope they put more weight on my BEST day than my WORST. That to me is what being liberal is all about. Nobody needs help on their best day. Nobody needs assistance when things are clicking along. But, things don't always click along for everyone. And even those who are very capable have times when they need a push or a pull.
So, being liberal is recognizing that everyone is on their journey and just because their train pulls into a station I've never considered visting, doesn't mean we couldn't be friends and make a difference in one another's lives.

well it is has been about a month now since one of my closest friends died of a heart attack.
we were raised together as brother and sister because our mothers were best friends.
i will not give away much detail because his family are still strong jws and his wife is an active jw as well.

Abandoned you have a gift for poetry. When we did that poem together it was such a release for me. I remember saying to my daughter -she has chronic fatigue and depression through slaving for the wts but is coming out of prison now - lets start putting our feelings down in verse, but we never got round to it. I'm gonna start today

Let the thoughts flow first and learn form and structure later. Experiment and find what you love and what you feel you have a knack for and find a label for it afterwards.

Martin, when they do admit a mistake, and they rarely do, it's usually something small that misdirects away from something big. For example, rutherford called into question the reasoning ability of anyone who didn't fully espouse the soiciety's chonology viewpoints of the early 1920's, but when those years passed and none of their prophecies came true, they said that it was just a case of over-eager expectations.
They also like to blame other's for their mistake but in subtle ways. They blame god and jesus since those indirectly by first saying that a certain teaching is "indispuably" from god and then when it proves false they say that god wanted them to believe that false teaching at the time so he could lead them to the truth. They also blame the reader for reading too much into one of their articles even if it clear that the original article said exactly what they are being accused of having said.
