I believe the good we achieved while within the organization, was in spite of the organization not because of the organization. Good speaker? - that is your nature or could have learned elsewhere,,got off cigarettes? - most people outside have quit smoking along the way in their lives,,found a good marriage mate there? - outside of the organization others have had at least those odds , learned some good job techniques? (with discipline, etc), people outside learned that too but with better education assisting. Basically, you accomplished what "you" wanted to accomplish as an individual that was possible and I think to "your" credit only, not the organization program at all.

however, is there anything that you learned from your jehovahs witness past that .

Personally, "relief" for me that I'm free, but still "indignant" that the insidiousness of WT still flourishes.

WT BLOOD GUILT EXPOSED TO THE WORLD
by DannyHaszard inparents don't get a moral pass.
toronto star, canada - 3. even the discovery that their parents were devout jehovah's witnesses and is there any other kind of watchtower congregant?

One commenter in that latest articles stated a JW had said he just hoped they would just take the children and save them, at least the parents would be absolved of sin. It's ironic,, insane, that they have to look for the "wild beast" - the government- which the JW organization condemns, to save their own children.

Does anyone else see a pattern?
by TD init seems to me that a repeating pattern with jw's is unfolding yet again.
i wonder if anybody else can "see" the same thing, or am i just imaginiing things?.
here's the scenario:.

It obvious also on their speaking with their disfellowshipped relatives,,sometime under certain circumstances it may be okay to talk with them some and other times not at all. Sometimes there is a "relaxing" to get people into the fold and then there's tightening to get a firmer grip of the their members.

I wish it could be required to have the 9 GBs be at the whole court case. They should have to sit through their own "*****medicine".

Just watched the 20/20 program on pedofiles in protestant churchs,,didnt not mention JWs,,mostly southern baptist churches,,so they are being exposed,,they don't have a database on pedofiles but are apparantly working that. good exposure and alert for people in the church arenas.

I remember that "where else is there to go" syndrome, back in the early 80's. I envied a new gal so excited about the "truth",,I had wished I hadn't already been in 20+ years already, I was beginning to wish there was a "Reorganized" Jehovah's Witness group or "Second" Jehovah's Witness group. :) It took me about another 5 yrs or so to set myself free of that trapped syndrome.

I commend them,,I think getting those signs showing websites (even if they didn't see it clearly) may catch an eye for someone to get their search engines going. I don't think the majority will, of course, but some of the studies, some of the faders, hopefully one of the youth.
