UK Freed JW Case - Possible Appeal

the attorney general is considering appealing against the non-custodial sentence of a paedophile who admitted his crimes.. this is from today: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bristol/6962197.stm .

speaking of beatings, everyone in the UK knows this mans face. If there's one thing that the general public HATE it is a Kiddyfiddler. This rockspider is going to get what's coming to him, inside or outside of jail, be it at the hands of the angry mob or from jailbirds who have been done for GBH and who missed the birth of their child because they are locked away.

don't get me wrong, I WANT TO SEE justice done. I WANT TO SEE him go to jail, and when they do it, they need to throw that stuffy old wig wearing git who let him off in the first instance into the cell next to him.

Is there anyone able to covertly provide publications from KH libraries?

i recently contacted my local kh to get hold of a publication that i need (pay attention to daniel's prophecy).

i also asked in the letter to be provided with a watchtower cd (apparently it has all the old material on it).

however, they have not replied and i am left wondering if it is because i am a member of the general public (and they don't want me to see this material)?.

Hi All,

many, many thanks for replying everyone. However, I've been having problems downloading from the websites that have been linked with the replies. I don't have the computer privelages at work to download the software needed to make the downloads and there's also a problem with my set-up at home, which I can't do anything about (my landlady won't allow me to give her ip address to portforward.com to rectify the situation becuase she regards it as a security risk).

One or two of you have offered to burn it to a CD and send it to me (I sent my request but have not had any replies so far). This is the only way I can get hold of a Watchtower 2005/06 CD.

Can someone please burn this CD and send it to me???? HELP!!!

A NEW Flock book has been released, with notes by a Presiding Overseer

for several years there has been available a pay attention to yourselves and to the flock book in pdf and html format.

this book has proven to be extremely valuable in exposing the morally questionable activities of the watchtower society.

now we have a new version that is even more valuable because it contains the hand-written notes of a presiding overseer, some notes as recent as late 2005. these notes are frequently dictated to elders by a circuit overseer or district overseer in order to avoid liability (the wts can deny every giving such instructions).

jw's bought a restaurant here

a jw's couple bought a restaurant , relatively nice one too, here in town.

so i am doing my part in spreading the good news about how my son, a member of their church, had his assembly here in my town 3 weekends ago and was not allowed to talk to me due to my no longer beign a jw (and my shop is 2 blocks from the arena they had their assembly in).

i have not spoken with him in 8 years.

People must be informed that it's owned by people involved in a dangerous cult. Telling folk about about your son is a great way to harm their finances.

It's amazing what you can get on the internet isn't it?

It's no wonder the WT hate cyberspace.

Since I prefer geniune literature to web bootlegging I think I'll give London a bell and ask them to prod the KH I wrote to. Hopefully then they'll give me a book copy of Daniel's Prophecy.

As for the CD I don't want to force myself to go to the nearest Kingdom Hall...it's 66 miles away in Inverness! That leaves me with getting a copy off the internet and burning it to a blank CD... far better!!!

I need to verify the flaws in what they teach about the 586/7 B.C Date (it has to be WT material). Apparently, the Watchtower CD has all the flip-flops in the definition of a generation as well. Can anyone supply me with the 15 October Watchtower as well? this also has a very damaging contradiction regarding Jesus not having sat on 'His glorious throne to cast out Satan and the demons from heaven.'

Is it true that the WT uses hypnosis covertly during KH meetings?

i personally am a sceptic regarding the validity of hypnosis as a form of mind control.

i associate it with entertainment tricks pulled by stage performers.. i never experienced any weird happenings during my only two visits to a kh.

is anyone able to refute me?

I personally am a sceptic of hypnosis, I think it is a scam brought about by stage magicians.

I don't recall this happening during my two only visits to a KH
