UK Freed JW Case - Possible Appeal

the attorney general is considering appealing against the non-custodial sentence of a paedophile who admitted his crimes.. this is from today: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bristol/6962197.stm .

notice the caption under the picture: porter remains a jehovah's witness.

the powers that be reacted pretty quickly in df'ing jesus cano.....why not this person as well?

a jw's couple bought a restaurant , relatively nice one too, here in town.

so i am doing my part in spreading the good news about how my son, a member of their church, had his assembly here in my town 3 weekends ago and was not allowed to talk to me due to my no longer beign a jw (and my shop is 2 blocks from the arena they had their assembly in).

i have not spoken with him in 8 years.

Is there anyone able to covertly provide publications from KH libraries?

i recently contacted my local kh to get hold of a publication that i need (pay attention to daniel's prophecy).

i also asked in the letter to be provided with a watchtower cd (apparently it has all the old material on it).

however, they have not replied and i am left wondering if it is because i am a member of the general public (and they don't want me to see this material)?.

Is it true that the WT uses hypnosis covertly during KH meetings?

i personally am a sceptic regarding the validity of hypnosis as a form of mind control.

i associate it with entertainment tricks pulled by stage performers.. i never experienced any weird happenings during my only two visits to a kh.

is anyone able to refute me?

i am trying to search my memory banks .

i remember viewing a website that claimed that the wt was using hypnotic techniques covertly during evening meetings during study sessions, i can't find this website anymore.

does anyone know of the website that i am talking about?.

i am not a jw but the person who i care about is.

i'll explain why i do not know myself.

i once was on the verge of becoming a jw myself and knew the jw i wanted to be with very well.

Does anything happen to a JW if they cause an unbaptised convert to leave?

does anyone have congregational experience of an aftermath such as the above?

i once fell deeply in love with a jw (and vice versa) and the week before i was due to leave work some dubs came around to my home on my offday to convert me.

however, i refused to go since we had a serious fallout prior to them turning up.. a few months later i then entered the congregation to try to salvage the relationship, and went to two meetings, but i didn't declare to other jw's there that it was for an emotional need that i had turned up with the hope of being with her.
