Kid-A:
Have you ever looked into spiritism, demonic possession and stuff?
What makes the needle on a Ouija board float? Why does it take two people to operate?
What about Pentecostals that "speak in tongues"?
Ruling out God is easy. Taa-dah, I'm not longer accountable to your vengeful God!
But that doesn't negate the possibility of a spirit realm.
Alot of it is scams, tricks or mind games. But it doesn't rule out everything.
Theists explain the phenomena as either angels or demons. Most Atheists I know refuse to research the matter and just call it fraud. That is tantamount to a theist refusing to look at science because they have their faith.
Your thoughts on the supernatural?

Another broader definition of atheist leaves room for belief in the possibility of the existence of God, simply stating that no real evidence exists to support such belief.
I would be interested in determining your source for this definition, since as you wrote it is almost the exact text to describe an Agnostic.
*gasp*
Are you really an agnostic? Welcome to the mediocrity! We have lukewarm water over there, not good enough for Jesus, but the atheists don't think we have water at all! -

Remember When The Watchtower Was Printed on Paper?
by Nosferatu inah, those were the good ol' days.
you could underline with a pen and the paper wouldn't rip.
you would pinch the paper between your fingers and feel like you're holding a piece of paper instead of a tissue.

"Depends are much more durable than watchtower doctrine and therefore unsuitable."
But they both seem to hold alot of crap! -

"I think most that call themselves agnostics are in reality atheists.
The true definition of atheist is often misunderstood."
I'd disagree with that.
An Atheist asserts a disbelief in a God(s) and/or the supernatural.
An Agnostic leaves room for the possibility that those things may exist. -

Parking lot witnessing was an interesting idea. Until it came out that all the women were going into the mall for a coffee break and not coming out.
Honestly, send a car full of women to a mall and tell them not to shop? -

congregation behind in their donation !!!
by buffalosrfree inrecently at a theo night, it was mentioned that the cong was behind in their donation to the society and it was specifically mentioned that the mags and books cost $$4 and the donations weren't even with the amount of mags and books being requested.
does this not show that the society is still after the congregations for the money for "free" mags and books?
what a bunch of hyprocrites.

Atheists, Why the Anger?
by XJW4EVR inok, so you deny the existence of a god, or you lack belief in a god.
my question why do you get so angry over a mythical being?
no one gets as upset over the tooth fairy, santa claus or the easter bunny, as i have seen some of the atheists on this board get over the slightest mention of god.
