i am highly considering becoming a jehovah's witness.
i have been raised in the congregration, but left it when i was a child because my mom left too, but we still retatined the core belifs including the ressurection and the blasphemous pagan influence on mainstream churches.
my mom has recently returned to the congregation, and it has helped her a lot.
To be a JW, you have to take in accurate knowledge. The problem is trying to sort out the acccurate knowledge from the inaccurate knowledge.
Be it known that the WTS is continually changing what the accurate knowledge is or isn't

there has been much discussion of the "new light" regarding 1935. what i find interesting are the comments that prove to me the "faithful and discreet slave" are irrelevant in this organization.
in this qfr they make comments stating that newly anointed "do not demand special attention" and they "do not believe that they necessarily have more holy spirit than their companions" of the other sheep.
imagine a person can be part of the group that directs the organization, yet not have any special attention or extra holy spirit.
The FDS is the evil slave!!
in norway, the ombudsman of children s welfare intervened and a lot of fuss were made when it was made clear that jws endorsed corporal punishment in their publications even though it was banned by law.
it was even mentioned in the national news.
the coordinator was even interviewed on tv and the day after it was proven from the wt indexes that he had been lying.... i remember it was very embarrassing.

the watchtower also does not tell new converts that although they closed the door to heaven in 1935 they had closed the door to heaven once before in 1881. they were wrong in 1881 are they wrong again now?
the question we are compelled to ask is, why did jesus lash out at those who shut up heaven to the common man?

although, after experiencing many disappointments and failed dates, i cannot let go and i cannot dismiss the expectation that god will intervene somehow.
i still hold on, hoping that maybe i will not experience sheol and neither will some of my loved ones.

when i lived farther up country..i had a car load of dub ladys come to the ranch..i told them they supported an organization that would kill everyone but jw`s.thats what i was taught when i was a kid..they said "no",that decision will be made at armageddon..??
