Except for the finale, season 7 sucked. Not Matt Smith's fault, it's Steve Moffatt's fault. Once Russell Davies left, the storylines took a dive in quality.
the more I think of it, the more I like the idea of a James Earl Jones sort of Dr. -- it would certainly give the show gravitas

i feel so bad for her because he attacked her for what i feel was very unfair.
I'm hoping that now your son has vented he will cool off and start to feel better. You can only say you're sorry and that you did your best. I'm hoping that he will learn that his happiness depends on what he does now, not on what he thinks was done to him as a child.
Bizzybee - I love the luxury of having a lot to read. I like JK Rowling for the same reason, lots of long books, interestingly written, enough to last for days and days.
It was interesting to reread those books, I noticed I skipped some of the tragedy bits but read every word of the political discussions. I like the long long conversations in the book about the competing political parties during the period when the Brits were leaving India at the end of WWII. I also noticed that the author gives the point of view of many different characters, but not Ronald Merrick. Everything you learn about Ronald Merrick is through the eyes of those around him, but you never see his point of view. Well-written stuff.
