That gives me a headache just reading it. Could be one of the reasons I moved out to the foothills of the Cascade mountains. I don't mind people I just don't want to see or hear them all the time.

i am glad you have opened this up for everyone to expirence a unification through words, words like, "and in the beggining the word was god and god was the word.
" i know sometimes i change how these words are but the way i feel inside sometimes my heart expresses it differently... a child unlike any other making changes in the world because thier was a child who saw a problem with this world, and to just reach out and maby touch the missled to just show a little.

Hayfever and allergies.........................
by vitty ini first suffered from hayfever about 5 years ago and get it round about june.........................but i seem to have started already .
my eyes are so itchy and red................is it possible to have it start it now it seems too early its still only april.. i dont want to suffer this for months , its been bad enough when it lasts for only 4 weeks.
so do any of you here suffer and when does it usually start for you ?.

I had it real bad since I was twelve but four years ago I cured it along with my stinging insects allergies. But I still remember the misery of sneezing until my nose started to bleed and days I could not even go outside. It did not help that I live way out in the country surrounded by hayfields.
Alot of people that have grass pollen allergies will eventually become sensitive to tree pollens also. That just makes a bad situation worse. There are some newer medications out now that seem to work real well for alot of people.

Low carb...............high protein diet
by vitty inok so now im more confused than ever.................... i have found out information that says you should eat 1gram of protein to every lb you weigh...............ok i can do that , i thought.
4oz--100gram chicken breast, thats not a lot, but that is not how its calculated .
100 grams of chicken is only 14 g protein.. so if i ate only chicken for a day say 10oz--300 gram................= 1,120 calories ( my limit ) its only 42 grams of protein.. can anyone explain it, have i got it wrong .

I am still dropping 1 to 1.5 Lbs each week with 80 grams of carbs. I was 230 and as of fri I am at 214, at this rate I could keep going indefinitely since I do not have any cravings or carb withdrawls going. As soon as I hit 212 I will go from "obese" to slightly overweight according to the BMI index. I still can not comprehend how a 5' 11" guy that weighs 214 can be considered obese.

NBC News shows no integrity
by M.J. ini'm pretty upset after watching the crap on msnbc last night.. they kept milking the story about their package from that psycho, constantly flashing his photos and videos on the screen--just the way he envisioned it.. repeatedly the psychological experts they interviewed told them that this course of action would only serve to encourage others.. meanwhile they interview the president of nbc news, who talked about the "careful" consideration about what to do with the contents of the package, deciding to "immediately" turn it over to investigators.
(but apparantly not until they copied some of the videos and photos).. for their rationale on their decision to air these materials, all they could offer was, "if we didn't do it, some tabloid would have done it".
they were the only ones that got the stuff!.

I just registered as a blood donor!

I remember how liberating it was to become a blood donor right after I escaped the Borg. My blood type (O-) is in high demand because it is the universal donor type. However since I have antigens to a disease I never had the only way to continue donating was to get a very uncomfortable swab test every six months. Without getting into an "overshare" story after two years of that I could not deal with it anymore so I no longer donate.
This is very frustrating to me because O- is extremely needed by the blood banks. Maybe some day they will change that protocol since I am sure I am not the only one out there with this dilema.

I am glad that fate has given you second chance and that your kids still have thier dad around. You are so very important to them. I too hope you go get some help, this is too big for one person to deal with. Counselling is empowering and gives some life coping tools that you can use from here on out. I would never try to move a 300 Lbs appliance without asking someone to help. That does not mean that I am weak, it just means it's bigger then I am.
Something that can motivate you to end your life is bigger then you are. So ask someone to give you a hand.
I have done it myself and have no regrets. What I learned will allow me to deal with crisis far more effectively and have better control of my life.
