The MYSTERY of the Piano Man
by Terry invital clues over 'piano man' .
a helpline set up to identify a mystery man who stunned carers by giving a virtuoso piano performance has been inundated with calls, his social worker said today.
the man has not uttered a word since police picked him up walking aimlessly on the streets of sheerness, kent, dressed in a dripping wet suit and tie.

Love actually. Hugh Grant's Prime Minister to Billy Bob Thornton's USA President:
(I'm surprised Simon hasn't picked up on this one )
- Hugh Grant - that speech:
"I love that word relationship. Covers all manner of sins, doesn't it? I fear this has become a bad relationship, a relationship based on the President taking exactly what he wants and casually ignoring all the things that really matter to ... (deep look at Martine McCutcheon) ... Britain.
We may be a small country, but we're a great one, too: a country of Shakespeare, the Beatles, Sean Connery, Harry Potter, David Beckham's right foot ... David Beckham's left foot, come to that.
A friend that bullies us is no longer a friend and since bullies only respond to strength, from now onward I'll be prepared to be much stronger ... and the President should be prepared for that." ... >>>>>>>>>>Bedlam.Englishman

When is the FDS appointed
by cocus illicis inwhen is the fds appointed
can anyone tell me the date when the wt teaching of fds's appointment over master's belongings became an official doctrine of the society?
was it a new 'truth' revealed in a wt circa 1914/19, or was the doctrine developed piecemeal in hindsight because subsequent events seemed to indicate it?

it went from being a person to a class of people.
The "other sheep" could then be a single person and not a class of people.

Poor United ...
by Simon inas a city fan, i must say my heart goes out to all the poor united fans, many of them abroad and down south, who face seeing their club go to ruin now some rich american has bought it whoseems intent on wringing as much short-term profit from it as possible and offloading a heap load of debt onto it.
oh, and not even runners-up again this season ... 20 points off the pace while chelsea smash all the records utd set ... that must hurt too.
still, look on the bright side - it's brought a smile to lots of soccer fans around the country and you can always bring out half a dozen new kits next season to raise more money.

Say what you like..Manchester United are the most famous football club in the world. They operate entirely in the black too. Rumour has it that this Glazer fella has to put the club straight into debt to recoup his outlay.
Still, he's just an amateur compared to Chelsea's owner. Sorry, Chelski!

Who starred in that again? That guy who only speaks Aramaic, right?

They see them as being just a diluted version of the original "in the truth witness" and just can't be arsed with any of it.
At my barbie last year, one such ex made an appearance and rounded on us all for "picking the scabs" off our histories. He said we should just get on with life and forget the whole damned thing. We should be just like him. Hah!
Seriously though, virtually every ex that I knew personally when they were an active JW, doesn't want to know anything about get-togethers or meet ups or boards such as these.
Interesting, is it not?

I gave it up. There were several reasons, one was that my cheek was giving me gip and it ain't no fun taling part in a 200 bird competition. I was selected to shoot for my company at the annual sports day in Norwich in the 80's. I last shot clays around 3 years ago.
