losing my religion
by imperialspy inafter 5 years away from the borg, it hasnt got any easier.
in fact, in my mind, its got worse.
the pain of losing a mother, father, two sisters and a brother, nieces and nephews, people i loved so dearly, has become ever deeper with every passing day.

How many in your cong. became JW out of door-to-door preaching?
by Albert Einstein indoor to door is an essential way of preaching among jw, you cannot get baptized unles you join in door-to-door service, ..... but how many converts in your congregation in past 20 years came out of door-to-door preaching?
please deduct mentally handicaped and weirdos.. number for your congregation?.
mine could be 2, (mother with a teenage son), but they da shortly after baptism.. albert .

When my congregation built a new kingdom hall, we voted that if the congregation should ever be disbanded or no longer be JW congregation, you got the land and the building.

by restrangled inafter reading the ouji board thread, i wondered if anyone had "dared" anything of this nature.. i was always too scared to even watch movies with any of this content.
i do read my horoscope.
my great aunt was into the occult and she was told she would die before she was 50 when she was in her 30's.

by JW News & Comments inthe scottish sun reports about about shauni chalk, a 16 year old girl from perth, who has been banned from attending the local kingdom hall of jehovahs witnesses in perth.
the girl was cited for anti-social behavior by the police after she hurled insults and harassed jehovahs witnesses at the kingdom hall during a three-month period, halting the meetings and becoming a general nuisance.

I think that Lukewarm hit the subject correctly.
JWs get DF'd if they join YMCA for access to resources that the JW may not have access to otherwise.
WBTS joins UN for "access to Library" - saying that they otherwise would not have had access to it.
That is straight up hypocrisy.
