  the arrival is also related to that 1thessalonians 4 :

  15. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.16. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.17. Then we who are alive and remain will becaught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.

  the arrival is prepared in many ways ... but for those alive at this point it should be something happening very quick.

  If you are fooled spiritually you are dead (you ain’t going anywhere) …. The eagle is a vulture it eats the dead once (spiritually talking) it is what is feeding them.

  to be more specific : if you let yourself being fooled spiritually you are vultures food.

  Ok …

  You can take the bible biblically (word for word - religiously) or conceptually (main purpose / how things works). What I’m talking about is only my understanding (each one can have it’s own interpretation but the concept remains with the same meaning) that is why it is way more easy to look at it conceptually (believing in God do not have to be religiously understood it can be spiritually it's even more understandable this way at our stage 21th century).

  This is how I see conceptually the verse 28 which is actually related to verses 23 to 25 ( = being fooled).

  Define "perfect". IMHO a good many things are perfect, in that they are fit for the use to which I would like to put them. My car is perfectly suited to drive to work, etc.

  I was not expecting this question damn't ...
  Before to answer your question let me introduce the answer to fit to the topic itself.

  To me we do existe because God in being everything would be only him if we wouldn't have free will (to me we are all spirits in a human situation) when the Word said he had mad us at his image means to me that we have the same needs ... means being creative and busy.

  So any paradise where everything is just cool do not look very interesting (Adam had a job, calling things and stuff, that's creative, but for how long?)

  The perfection in the matter is about having different spirits able to be creativetogether (to share whatever is created along the time).

  If you take care of the context and the subject of John 14 (the verse 12 is actually talking about what where we are supposed to get - it have nothing to do with the now - because Jesus is explaning the concept of duality what he his relatively to God)
  
  12. "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father.

  (nobody ever did and will never do anything "bigger" than what Jessus did on earth himself)
  So when he said that it means ... wait what you have seen by now is nothing ...

  I need to get my husband some help...

  my husband has an ugly temper.

  it rears it's ugly head rarely (well used to be rarely) and now it pops up mostly when my oldest boy messes up.

  it's so bad that anyone seeing it would call it abuse.

  Come on now,,if God really knows everything, and what every action will eventually produce then how can he not be responsible?

  Because we all have free will (I don't want to be lobotomised even by God ...)
  According to the bible God is not testing us he is showing us (into global experience) what and who is wrong ...
  So no one would say anything to God like : I have no idea what you are talking about (this is not what will happen or I'm not guilty).

  What he said is : I know - but you need to know or you will be able at any time to feel i'm wrong anyway ... He wants something perfect

  Roman 8:22 : For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.

  Nothing is supposed to be perfect yet ... (if you only state anything from genesis, you'll miss the point). Not because he is not able to make us, perfect but giving us free will is a part of the perfection (to get diversity - if everybody was alike - what a bore!). Even the bab comes out of good ... take somebody's intelligence away because he's gonna be bad with it, well he won't be able to be very interesting ... for others. It's all about sharing so limit anyone and you limit everyone.
