Any favorite drums will do. The RS list got me thinking about rock jazz/rock.
My Dad had swing tune/New Orleans jazz recordings at my house when I was little,
so I know there are lots of good drums parts there, too--some by Buddy:

Would Paul have debated theistic evolution, ID, etc... had he been alive today?
by Christ Alone ini submit that paul was arguing in the context of what people believe in those days.
i think that he would have debated, much like we do, atheism, evolution, scientific process, etc... just as we do today.. in paul's day, evolution was not even dreamed about.
i'm not using this as an argument against evolution or atheism.

F.F. Powell argues that Paul, in his epistles, made use of many of the ideas of
the Greek philosopher Plato, sometimes even using the same metaphors and lan-
guage. For example, in Phaedrus, Plato has Socrates saying that the heavenly
ideals are perceived as though "through a glass dimly." These words are echoed by
Paul in 1 Corinthians 13:12.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apostle_Paul#Literary_analysisIf Paul kept up with philosophy, I don't think he'd have argued for intelligent
design. Maybe he'd have known about Mortimer Adler ("How to Think About God"). -

It's Time to Dump the Hebrew Scriptures.
by smmcroberts inwhy do christian religions continue to pretend that the hebrew scriptures (aka the old testament) is god-inspired and that it describes a loving god?
don't they see that the ot is largely an embarrassment to its believers?
please read my blog to see why i think christianity should dispense with the ot all together:.

What is the essential difference between ridicule and reasoned debate?
by Terry inintellectual honesty requires that ideas get a fair hearing in discussion, debate and conversation.. can we agree on that?.
holding persons or ideas up to ridicule has a different effect, however.
it silences the fair hearing.

Watchtower Corporation enters new business to help sheeples see that the end is very, very near!
by Billy the Ex-Bethelite inmy dad heard from the co who heard from a do that heard from his brother-in-law that heard from the friend of a governing body's wife, that the gb is getting very concerned that "the friends" are losing sight of the nearness of the panda-petting paradise.
many of these friends are also looking too critically at the "spiritual food" provided by the "faithful slave class.".
don't tell anyone else, but i hear that the gb has begun testing something new on some of the sheeple.
