as a young dub in the 80's me along with many of my friends got married, either in our teens or early 20's.. in my area, if you were over 25 and not married, it was percieved that something was wrong with you or you were probably engaging in sex with a "worldly" person.. by why did so many of us feel the need to get married so young?.
i believe it was because of one of three reasons.. 1. you wanted to get out of your parets home.. 2. you had already gone "too far" with you girlfriend or boyfriend.. 3. you were just an average normal teenager and you knew this was the only way you could legally have sex.. .
was this true in your area?.
I was in love! Mind you, I had already been out of the BORG since around age 10 mentally (this is when my oldest brother left home because of the BORG and the elder dad) and 3 years physically, living on my own. My husband although raised in the org, was never baptized and a rebel - just like me except I was baptized.

growing up, i hated sitting through the borefest meetings with a passion, to complicate matters i have add and could not sit still during the meetings, so i used to make excuses about having to go to the bathroom constantly, this way i could get up and move around and tune out the meeting for a few minutes.. sometimes i wished that i had a baby, since the sisters got their own nursing room during assemblies, and in the kingdumb hall they could take the babies to the bathroom, there they could hang out for a bit.. what did you do to escape?.
When I was little I went to the bathroom alot, for spankings! When I got older I would fall asleep, get pinched, fall asleep, mom would make me stand up at the seat, where I again would fall asleep!
To this day I can sleep in any position, sitting straight up, standing, lying doesn't matter! Good training those meetings!

...like the jws say it is.
i had to throw in a grabber to get your attention.
but yea, i have came up with a list, i may not be 100% accurrate or don't have all the unfilled prophacy yet, but this will give you some guideline on what to expect before armageddon takes place...which by the way will take place outside of jerusalem at a hill called meddio.
Edited to add: No disrespect, but do you really think there will be the "BIG A"?
a co once told this story at a circuit assembly.
i never quite believed it, and now knowing how many false rumors spread in the jws it would be no suprise to me if this is fake.
the story goes that a non-jw husband didn't want his wife to joining the jws.
I smell a big ol fat pile of doo-doo "aka" BS

who do you turn to?
do you go to your spouse?
what if the problem is with your spouse, do you talk to your parents, siblings, work associates, doctor?
Do you go to your spouse? : Depends on what the problem is, usually I will eventually talk to him about it.
What if the problem IS with your spouse, do you talk to your parents, siblings, work associates, doctor?: Best Friend, mother-in-law (she's wonderful)
What if the problem is with your kids? And the person you would normally go to is your spouse, but you disagree on how to handle the problem, then what?: Always husband (father of kids), we don't always see eye to eye, but we usually balance each other out. Sometimes I talk to him, my best friend. If your kids see you are divided on a problem they will take advantage of the situation.
